have you ever lost your money on a psy-trance music shop?

Hi people.
As the insearch engine didn't work, I'm shooting this right away from my lil anger.
I ordered like 3 and a half months ago 2 cds from a well-known psy-trance online music store and waited very calmly all this time.
At the stage of 2 months of delay, I contacted them and they said they would see what happened and sort me out paying me back the money I've spend.
The time passed, and I asked them 2 times for news on that... And now the buggers don't answer.
After almost 4 months, I'm starting to lose my patience. I'm not a grumby guy, but this kind of disrespect needs an answer on the only language these people seem to get the message.
So I ask you guys if there is a way to sue these people, not much for the sake of the loss, cos I'm starting to doubt I'll get it back, only to give them some of their own remedy.

I had a problem once after ordering from psyshop. I waited over the time that was stated and sent them e-mail. I quickly recieved answer from them claiming that they re-checked and they sent it already and there shouldn't be any problem. I waited for another week, and e-mailed them again and asked them to check if they can contact the german mail. They replied that they would check. Day or 2 days after i went to mail office and asked of they got any package for me. After thorough search he did find the package. I could tell by the date that was printed on the package that it arrived to that mail office several weeks ago.
Bastards. I had experience with Psyshop and Trance-Shop and never had a problem with them. Most of the delays were mail's fault.

I had some mailing bad xperiences as well.
But, ya know... Never took 3 months to come.
By this time they already lost this costumer.
The worst thing is the lack of attention they give from such things.
I have a long relationship of trades with some other online companies and I never had a single problem.
And so what if it got lost? I ordered it to be delivered and they doesn't seem to care much about that. |

Actually, it was a long time ago, but once I was genuinely ripped off by Krembo, now USTA...Not sure what happened on their end or if it had anything to do with Zoo B, but I ordered Infected's the Gathering and they never sent it...
When I asked them to check on it, they did, then sent me an email saying they were sorry and that they'd resent it.....Sure enough I was charged again for it, without any notice...I emailed them a few times after to find out why they charged me twice when they apologized. I never got a response, not anything......So, at some point I cut my losses and gave up....
Although I love that cd, in the end I actually paid like 80 or 85 bucks for it....It will never be ruined or fall from my sight that's for sure.
I also had a problem once with Saikosounds, where they shipped me Adrenaline Drum instead of what I ordered (Adrenaline Take One). I emailed them. They sent me what I ordered free of charge, apologized and asked me to keep the wrong CD for my troubles. That's Customer Service.

I have never had any problem from these following sites:
I only, if possible order from:
1) http://www.play.com (best service and prices in the world. And there is free shipping + they know your countries custom/toll rules. Not much psymusic dough. But i found all infected Mushroom cd's, Violet Vision - Unfold and Life is... Creation. Just love this shop 
2) www.psyshop.com (good prices and i get what i need)
3) www.trance-shop.com (Always seem to have alittle bigger prices then psyshop.com, so i use this one if the above fails me)

I think you should sue them if they did what you wrote. they dont have the right to mess with people and play with them. they are in this only for $$ and seem not to have the spirit anymore.

i never use the online shop i dont trust them & there is a reason 4 sure why not trust theme most the ppl that deals with them gets angry in the end ...
i prefer find some nice busnis that order what ever i want 4 me tho it is more expensive but less time and no headache !

I haven't had any bad experiences, yoav...quite the opposite...only great experiences...fast delivery, cheap prices, no hassles...it's hard to buy from a shop when you live places like Australia which has stores which don't know what psy is...
Overall, it's been great so far (touch wood)

I had a package that got lost on Saikosounds. I contacted them, they said they would search what happened. They told me that accoridng to the Hong Kond authorities the package arrived to Israel. But I never received it. So they sent me the package again, without any cost and registered package this time.
Saikosounds have the best service!

my story involves the kind staff of psyshop.
i ordered 3 cd's to give out as a birthday gift for someone. when i received the package, the cd's had no protective nylon coating seal and further then that had greasy fingerprint marks on the cd itself and the inner booklet sleeve.
when i contacted psyshop, i received this answer:
"do you enjoy the online samples on psyshop? well, we must take them from somewhere, dont you agree?"
i explained (although i didnt think i needed to) that there is no way i can give this as a present, since it would seem that i was the one who opened the cd in order to copy it for myself. this approach got me no response.
when i angrily responded and demanded to receive a 100% new product for my money or my money back, or credit for 3 more cd's on psyshop i was ignored and then labeled as a "whiner"...
that was the last time i had ordered from those fowl people and ever since i'm doing my best to spread the word.

I echo this statement. They may get some new releases a little later than the european shops but its worth going with them. Any time a problem has come up they fix it right away, no problems! Go saiko! |

Never had any problem with saiko, psyhop or chaos unlimited (uk)... Once ordered DMT direct from Twisted and realised I already had it! (doh!) I mailed it back to them and they sent me the UNS compilation as replacement. Still waiting for part 2 though.....! |
