Everytime I receive a message from mr. Rolf, he talks like he is doing me a favor on trying to discover where is my parcel. I think that he did´t realised that he OWE´S me.
Please excuse me, I´m very upset with this issue, and this make me think that maybe that´s one of the reasons of some dj´s play with MP3, we just can´t trust the people who sell it.

Folks, its not only the customers buying CDs who have problems. I can tell you from my own experience with Psyshop, they are a completey shit company and I fully think they should be banned from trading.
Last summer they asked to buy CDs direct from us instead of thru our distributor. Well to cut a long story short, despite other labels saying they were 'ok, just really shitty to deal with' we only got the half of the money we demanded upfront.
Now they ignore all our emails, they have no phone number to call, and they never gave us even one of the monthly statements they promised. Occasionally they answer to an email or a fax saying stuff like 'yea yea, its coming, stop whining'.. then again we get nothing
BAN THEM!
No company which rips off customers AND suppliers should be allowed to trade! Let's get together and sue their shitty asses! I'm all up for it.
I can understand if they are insanely busy, but that's not our problem, if they're doing so well they should hire extra people to take care of this stuff. They are a registered company in Germany, they have to be otherwise its illegal to trade. Let's do something! Get them to pay us all back or be banned! |

I would buy it! The only reason I buy the cd is if I like the tracks! It is no different when you are at a record store and you listen to vinyl or a whole cd entirely. When we had Green Sector our past record store we gave every customer a chance to listen to the cds and vinyl before they bought it. I like to know what the hell im spending my money on. If you think hearing 43 seconds of a build up that doesnt pay off is enough, then go for it dude. I hope your happy with your purchase after the fact.

The Chaos website isnt great but I just use it to see whats in stock & then ring up to order & the CDs arrive the next morning .. worringly easy 
I've used Psyshop a few times and never had any problems -but much prefer chaos |

i had the exact opposite....i ordered from psyshop but i don't have a credit card so i paid when the postman came....
the postman forgot a to take some kind of paper with him which made paying to psyshop impossible 
they probably got the money but it's the thought that counts
i really never have any problems but i think it's because i don't have a credit card so i can't pay in advance |

Well, I guess I have to donate another Psyshopstory to this thread, about their so called "service".
I did order for a year from Psyshop without no problems. But then I ordered a hood from them, and recieved it without no problems. Until I washed it. The print fell off like it was a big fake, after the first wash! And yes I know how to wash my clothes 
I didn't think I could do too much about it, but anyhow I mailed them and asked for advice. Like if I could turn myself to TIP or just get an excuse (those hoods were rather expensive after all for me, being a student). I didn't hope for much, but I never recieved any answers from Psyshop - not even once. And all my emails were "nice" and written in a calm way, so it wouldn't be any missunderstandings and like "hey, what a piece of whiny customer we got here".
But once again, not even one answer. Now that's some real bad service, and ever since I have ordered from Saikosounds and Wirikuta only. |

damn, now im all worried with psyshop.. I have ordered from them a few times, with no prob, and yesterday bought the inspirazzia cd from them
I just hope they dont do any bad shit with me, or else I will go nuts on them... Seriously... they better not f*ck up |

i have had an experience with some online shop, they sent me the cd, but they never asked for the money... i even emailed them about that, but they didn't care.. so i earned a cd for free.

I have had some experiences with psyshop, saikosounds and chaos unlimited , all with pacakges getting lost... never found out what happend with them.. evey single time i have contacted the webshops i have had nothing but positive replies and all that has been lost has been replaced with the same cd's or other with same value!!
I must give credit to saiksounds for this , since this happened to me 2 times in a row with the same cd getting lost ,so the 3rd time they sent the package to a diffrent adress (a friend of mine) then it acutally showed up!! God knows why those 2 packages never showed up in my mailbox!
Anyways , my experience has been nothing but positive with theee psyshops...

I've never had any problems with Psyshop. They are very serious and effective.
Saikosound however got several days late with the delivery. They sent me a promo of Aes Dana - Memory Shell as a gift for it.
Chaosunlimited is slightly slower than the others, but very nice otherwise. |

Hi people,i order my cds from Psyshop and i never had problems with them...I live in Portugal,if i order the cds today,after 3/4 days i have the cds,i don´t see no problem with Psyhop,but is my opinion...

Well I ordered some cd's from psyshop and they were sent back, and I got a full refund to my credit card no probs... I know that Flying Rhino records tried to rip off my grlfriend for about 100 pounds but after I inforemd the Vis credit fraud department (after waiting 2 months with no replies) I promptly got a letter of apology and all the items I'd ordered... it's pretty simple, if you use a credit card and someone steals from you call the credit card company and they'll investigate your claims... now I've used saikosounds for 5 years wiht no problems. they accidentally charged my credit card twice for the same order, I spoke to them by phone, and it was refunded the next day. I went to visit the guys when I was in Hong Kong and belive me they run a tight project there. |
