Hi every one.
I´m submitting this thread to bring up an issue that is pissing me off, and I think that everybody on the trance comunity should be aware.
On November 13th, I´ve placed an order at psyshop.com.
That order was billed on my credit card, and until today I got nothing but excuses from MR Rolf.
Every week he comes with a new excuse, blaming the custom of my country, and now he is telling me that they need to investigte first, to later tellme if they gonna refound me or simply send my order.
This is outrageous, and simply shows that this shop is not trustable.
If it was a decent company, they should pay me back, or send my order again making sure that i would receive it.
After all, they sell a SERVICE, the sell delivered cds, otherwise they wouldn´t be a virtual store.
Everytime I receive a message from mr. Rolf, he talks like he is doing me a favor on trying to discover where is my parcel. I think that he did´t realised that he OWE´S me.
Please excuse me, I´m very upset with this issue, and this make me think that maybe that´s one of the reasons of some dj´s play with MP3, we just can´t trust the people who sell it.
Please leave here your comments.

I never had any problems with my orders at psyshop. I don't think this is their fault... |

From what I've heard it could be that your delivery has been stopped in customs, it has happened to me a few times. Also, shit get lost in the mail. You do know that postmen play footbal with packages that are not labeled "fragile"? (I'm serious)

I´m not blaming them for the delay on the delivery.
I´m just making my point that they are not doing anything to solve the issue.

I Forgot to tell ...
I´m asking for they send me the number of the package for months, they don´t send me.
The excuse of the custom, i don´t accept, because I´ve placed another order two weeks after this one and it came ok.
What I´m saying is, they don´t sell merely CDS, they sell a service, that is, deliver the cds on your home.
If this is their businness, they sould be prepared to shit like this happen, and when it does, they should solve the issue imediatelly, politelly and don´t talk with the customers like they are doing a favor. After all they are paid to do this.

Not really true. International shipping law is the law that count here (also in the US) and the parcel is always the shop's property until it have arrived and been recieved by the customer. And all packages must be insured by the shops under transportation. So if a package are lost or failed to reach it's destination point then the shop is responsible - not the customer. |

43 seconds is enough
what's the point in having 4 min long samples if the entire track is 7 mins? why would anyone buy it if you can listen to it for free?

I also had never problems with psyshop.com
I had problems with tranceshop, but nver with psyshop.
Every time i ordered cd i got them 1-2 days later, it took never longer. And they have the best offers of all tranceshops.
No offense but are u working for another psytrance shop and want to blame them?
PSYSHOP U RULE!!

it seems to be a communication mismatch between the dealer and the client, there's a thought here in Brazil that says:
IN THE END, THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
I wonder that this problem can be solved as soon as possible, cos it's been a long time to be an acceptable mistake from Psyshop. |

From what I've heard and read about their service in the past, this will be solved for sure, it's just a matter of explaining the situation correctly, some patience and things will work out!
