have you ever lost your money on a psy-trance music shop?

MY first ever purchase from an oline record shop took quite a while.
It had to take 3 days and after 2 weeks I contated them and they resent the cds (no charge) immedeatly and I got them after 2 days!
All other purchases from this online shop were excellent.

Ok SO I JUST NOTICED THAT EVERYONE IS MENTIONING PYS SHOP.
I use psyshop too and as I said previously I never had trouble with them (EXCELLENT SERVICE)
What I don't like nowadays are the cd reviews!!
How come all cds are called dance floor killers?
wELL MOST OF THEM ARE BUT IT DEPENDS WHAT YOU UNDERSTAND BY "KILLERS" |

Re-reading all the posts here, I'm tempted to think that the people that never had the problem with psyshop are ought to be considered "lucky" ones.
I mean, it there is no problem, ok... Job done. Nothing but the least, tho.
You can only measure the trustfullness of an interprise when shit happens. That's cos shit like that may happen all the time.
To give you an example, I started this thread long ago and I'm yet to see either the cds I ordered or my money back.
I got an e-mail saying I'd be refund, after 4 bloody months of my order. Thing is that never happened.
Maybe they are so reckless because they know already that someone they screw will never be their customer again anyway.
But you see, a razor has 2 sides. I try to warn my friends about what "may" happen if they "risk" themselves buying there.
The buggers aren't even kind to you, which should be a must, resolving the customers' problems. |

psyshop didnt want to take responsibility and refund himhis money he lost the whole batch and swears he'll never buy from there again
ive bought a couple of discs from psyshop and never had much trouble though

i also "lost" 100e recently @ psyshop.
packet never arrived - they said they would investigate at the shipping company blabla - now they dont answer anymore.
somehow i see this shop going downhill with this customer support.

Ok,so something came to my mind....
Sometime ago I said that once I ordered cds from psy shop and when I contacted them after 2 weeks they sent them immedeatly free of charge!!!
Well I think that's because they had forgot to send them not beacuse they sent them and got lost.
It was too much of a "Ok sir we'll send them again today free of charge" kind of thing.
Too nice to be true. |

I've never had any kind of problem with psyshop at all. And I've ordered cd's there countless times. I always order a large bunch of 'em so maybe that is why they provide me with good service? Anyway, it seems most of the problem with psyshop are from people outside of Europe.

Here there are persons talking about their personal experiences with buying CDs online.
I respect yours and i think everybody does, but let's try to not turn this topic to "Psyshop fan club" or "Trance Shop fan club" with posts like "Go Psyshop Go"
Once more, I would like to tell you, that what i write above is nothing of negative towards you. Is just a point that i make on your post.
(BTW, personally I never had any problem with Psyshop as well...)

Well, everyone has to have their say and when EYB says: Go psyshop go! I think he's doing it to make a balance between the good and the bad. Everyone is talking bad about psyshop and EYB's posting is just positive. So I see nothing wrong there. If you're talking childish, talk about the reactions to me saying that most of the problems with psyshop occur outside of Europe.
