come on, realy, no separating. lets live and see what is going on after that far corner:)
only one thing - let it be more variety on parties line up and a bit more diversity in crowd needs, thats all.

well as much as i dont like full on i think even i would get boring listen to prog 10 hours
and i also think it will be better if all the scene will be untied and not seperated
the trance scene have enough problems to be seperated to genres
i rememeber those days when i went to parties and it was atribe. a real tribe. now its all full of stupid games.
so yuli yah u choose the right scene. no scene.

about "no-scene" scene, well, u can see my top 10 for example "one beat fit all" and others signs i gave in lst year or two, lets leave borders to music critics, its their bread, dancers, djs and producers dont need it at all.
its not new that i want parties with all kinds of electronic dance music together (thanx god and nartak for wonderful lovefield).
but here somebody have to come and write it will not be psychedelic then and not worth eh ??

As far as I was aware there is no Government Department of Trance that you would apply to for a formal split or divorce!
All music progresses and naturally splits up into new genres. In places where there is demand - there will be clear parties that are prog or full on in much the same way that dance music split into house and techno, then techno split into techno and trance, then trance split into goa/psy, club trance, trance-techno etc etc
That doesnt mean they cannot exist together - in the UK its common to have a party with different rooms playing maybe psy trance, hard trance/tech-trance & acid techno - they attract not dis-similar crwds who like to party together - so can see no reason why psy parties dont (and in fact many already do) have full on & prog rooms or if you're outdoors, different systems.
If there is a demand - it will happen, if theres not - it wont.
BTW arguing over who's music is the best always strikes me as a complete waste of time!

same feelings here, im so tired about the "psytrance" scene in mexico, it has becoming so stupid and violent, with this jet set atmosphere who makes me wanna puke, almost all djs in a fight for playing the most unreleased tracks when the 80% of that tracks becomes from the mp3 trading scene but they dont care about making the dancefloor get into certain state of trance, a lot of people jumping the fences to avoid to paid the ticket price, thiefs who only go to parties to steal the hings you left in your tent....
i personally stoped to attend to any kind of "psytrance" parties but in the ones i play because now you only get exposed to be robbed or beaten by the security guys or in the best of the situations having a bad trip
everything in this life is cyclic, i hope were living now the peak of the bad era of psychedelic culture, anyways, there will always be better times....

or u thought about that u'r music is in same genre as gms and astrix genre ????
i propose different split of 'sceene'
1: for comertial whores (psy/progressive/fullon and all other wankers that care about bullshit )
2: for ppl that still want MUSIC (psy/progressive/fullon but ppl that dont care about bulllshit)
then 1st part will be all 'elitistic', 'cool', 'payed in advance','smart buildup','resident dj's','top 10s' and any other terms that u'll invent for u'r genre
and we will sit in our houses and laugh at u'r funny 'sceen' and how u trying to split it more and more (and i think it happens already)

maybe think before u type
and not think after yuli replies to u'r blabla
and who are Neo-Hippies????

u already have to make a dictionary in isratrance for all those terms

I still don't get it? Who's music is in the same genre as gms and astrix? Enlighten me please
I see a big difference between progressive and gms and astrix and even a lot of psy is different !
But of course you can always find similarities between all kind of music. |

MAAAAAN now there is only 1 main genre
TRANCE music (not talking about House or DnB)
there is alot of subgenres but u still making TRANCE MUSIC like GMS do, or any other artist that making TRANCE
i thought maybe u want to split it bocouse of u want to give u'r music more elitistic image than gms music.maybe i'm wrong so inlight me plz

Sorry to inform you 5Meo-Geo but I don't think I have ever made trance as GMS or aastrix for that matter. Our styles are very different...
Why would I want to give my music or progressive music a more elitistic image? It don't make any sense to me what you're saying.
I want to split the scene, or should I say the parties?, into 2 different camps because I do think it will benefit both styles in the end..... That's why... Not because I have some kind of surperior idea of that progressive music or people are better than other music/people... it all come down to taste in the end! |

well as I think I have said before, this have happend allready ...
Now you can choose wich festival/party you want to attend to, most are both prog and full-on .. some mostly progressive, and then some mostly with full-on ... Just read the line-up before you go!
But why not have it a bit mixed, when there is something you dont really enjoy at a festival .. you can get some sleep, or go and talk with people, get some food or just enjoy the setting .... 
But i prefer the power of the full-on, but this is a personal choice .. So if I go to a festival with only full-on, its because thats what I like .. So should you, not complain, because when you see the line-up, you should know what to expect (what styles and so on) ...
