I don’t see it becoming "mainstream" as the word is defined today. It may grow in popularity, but never will it be mainstream. Psy is complex, free thinking, thought provoking and too "weird" to be enjoyed by the masses. The mainstreamers don't want/ have the patience to take their time and rifle through the layers, they want to get it straight forward and up front, and NOW. That’s why artists like Skazi or IM (for example) are so popular- these artists water down psy and make it palateable for the populace.           .

in the US your 10 years late. Astral Projection and Juno Reactor use to have videos on MTV. Not a chance in hell that ever happens again here.

psy trance will never become mainstream in the UK , that's for sure. It's just another genre of electronic music.            - - It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice... - -

I think it depends prety much of the country you are in. Here in Guatemala, darkpsy parties are the most common trance parties, but its still one of the most undergorund movements,it reamins with the misticism of innocence and freshnes.. come and see it 4 urself!
