Cubase 4. Getting Cubase5 next.

Ableton seems more suited for trance, although I've never used it.

Reason was a great place to start.

FL Studio's loop oriented setup made it hard for me to work with/get used to.           www.musicproductionnatural.com || www.facebook.com/djamoeba | facebook page

Favourite is nuendo or cubase without a slightest doubt for me .
Made one song with ableton and i like it but, sometimes i create something on reason, started one on reaper and old logic for pc is ready to start soon when time is exciting for that.
Later on fl will also have a meeting with me.

Cubase SX 3, soundforge 9. I love Cubase's Audio Editor... its the best, period!! plus i can build sequences fast & easy within minutes.. although I've been considering making the full switch to Ableton live.. but i hear its not quite a fully developed DAW like the rest.. like for Mastering, etc.. what do you guys think? should i make the switch.. what are your opinions about live??

wow... interesting posting skills there.

I use SX3 (hopefully Cubase 5 soon), Ableton + Reason, as well as a shitload of smaller apps for specific tasks as necessary.

Logic Pro & ableton on rewire for arranging the audio.

Used Cubase VST24 and SX1 2 & 3 before, but made the leap to mac and haven't regretted it.. (yet)

Cubase5 looks very interesting though.           www.myspace.com/gaiana_25
