hi krusty, this i doubt very much. have you ever heard dance music on a large funktion-one rig outside? that is the definition of silk. i find it hard to believe that opus is even in the same ballpark of sound.

and yes I have heard Function-one outside....the Resoultion series...
it is good... you are right... but sorry not the same as OPUS

I have not been to Voov, but have experienced the circular thing at Boom 2004, I must say I really liked the idea of all people dancing in a circle, but when the music started I changed my mind. There was a double beat, if Voov organizers can avoid this the circular stage could be a good idea.
Since some mentioned about fields of energy (or something similar) when dancing in a circle why don't organizers place the speakers around the Dj ? There could be a cirlce of speakers sourounding just the DJ. All the crowd will be dancing in a circle but speakers will sound like a normal speaker-wall. Not sure if you can understand what I mean, I am not a sound expert but this sounded logical to me.

opus 2000 was the omni sound system and i heard it ,sorry but it was not a revolution in sound system for me ,and i don't talk about the time the sound system was broken i talk about the 1 first day before the event and the 1st day of the event ,sorry but for me F1 is MUCH MUCH BETTER !!!!
