so practically I can lower all channels with the master fader before they get summed to the output?!

nope I think I cant assign the hp out to out1-2...I think the outputs of my interface are exactly numbered like on the interfaces back! but its ok with the quick workaround I said above

Practically, you need to make sure you're not clipping anywhere on your way to the master, not in a channel and not in a bus, only then you can be sure you're having the best sound quality

yeah sure my channels never clip, but they re pretty close to 0db, so I get the minimum signal to noise ratio...my thought was just about when all channels get summed in the output it clips, so I dont get any clipping when I lower the master before the output

hope this is a bit understandable           https://soundcloud.com/hazak

Hello, I'm sorry if this is a stupid question...

I downloaded a plugin file which has multiple .zip files inside and a DYNAMiCS.nfo and file_id.diz files. I cannot open any of the unzipped files, the mac asks me which program to use. The file type is Unix executable file, but I cannot execute them for this laptop. I own a Macbook Pro... maybe its not UB? IT certainly says UB in the file title.

Thanks for your help.
