The only problem with apple's itunes stores is that they will never include music like psy and progressive and ambient... it just don't sell enough to make it into these shops... a pitty but the truth. |

I have a solution
artists will make their albums availabe for download in their website... cuz people will download their tracks anyway... but people will also be able to donate to the artist on his website!
something like: "here is my music, if you like it, please donate some money"
i'm sure that there will be enough honest people who will pay! |

I think the top acts will make it into any shops. Amazon.co.uk is pretty big. You can find psy artists there. |

has anyone thought about the current problems apple is facing (except for the lawsuits by the beatles)?
the thing is: you buy music online. you pay music to own tracks.
one year later, you don't like it anymore and want to sell the cd to a friend that does like it (eg money going from one person to another instead of more to apple and labels)
this is impossible at the moment.
also, if you move from let's say the us to canada, you can't take your music collection with you technicly (serious)
these are just some of the problems Apple is facing with the itunes deal.

Things will(hv) change(d) but nothing is geting killed (my humble opnion) and Mike... we shouldn´t talk about this anymore... I know ur point of view, and guess u know mine.
