From my experience, so long as there is no problem, then psyshop is good. But if you have a problem then good luck having it fixed. If your order goes missing they will likely just say "We sent it. It's not our responsibilty now", if they reply at all. This happened to me and several of my friends. But saiko will send you a replacement and deal with you in a friendly helpful way. |

I hope that continues  It's only when I had reason to contact psyshop about problems that I noticed their customer service problems...As other people mentioned, its perhaps because you are in europe that you have not had problems...I would imagine that most postal packages sent within europe would arrive without incident. but when sent to the other side of the world there is more chance for a problem. Since saiko are in asia, orders sent to asian destinations should be more reliable than those sent from psyshop and that has surely been my experience, and the fact that psyshop has a bad attitude with customer service means I don't buy from them now. |

Yes, I know that, from experience. That's my point exactly. The postal problem isn't the issue at all. Any package can go missing. I lost money when my psyshop order did not arrive and their attitude towards dealing with my problem was so bad that it was almost beyond belief...it was as if they thought I was trying to steal from them or something. But when the same thing happened with saiko I got a replacement sent..I had to wait longer than I wanted for my CDs, but I did not lose money... |

exactly.... its a really fast & good shop - untill the day you have a problem with them.
you will all find this out for yourself - if next time it´s your package witch get´s lost.
really - dont expect ANY help from their site. |

I'm not worried, man, just curious. Thanks for your concern though...I must remember to consult you when I make my next CD puchase to ensure I only buy music from the "real" labels. Oh, wait, maybe we can save some time...do you have a list ? |

sharing my experience with u- i've ordered a few times from Saiko Sounds (and i'm not from Asia)
and they never dissapointed me. i got what i asked for, in a good condition and really low shipment prices. i never tried the others, but i don't need to, because i'm satisfied with Saiko Sounds . sounds like a promotion but it's not

2 years ago, I'm used to order from PSYSHOP.
Psyshop sell YSE's Cds, but Saikosounds didn't.
But If I can have the music, waiting for 2 weeks is no big deal, and pay more 1 or 2 USD compared with Saikosound's 2CD price is also fine.
After 2 weeks, the CDs didn't come.
And they answered me "We are in holiday, so that will be a little bit late, and we already shipped."
And more 2 weeks passed, finally I got the CDs but one is wrong.
I contact them again, and they give me the answer is"Send the wrong one back first, and PSYSHOP will send you the right one."
What ?!!!!I am fxxking angry with PSYSHOP.
It cost me almost 5 USD for shipping the wrong one from Taiwan back to German, and they did what they said.
But why should I take the responsibility of PSYSHOP's mistake?
Totally I was waiting 2 months...
Since that, I never order from PSYSHOP. |

Strange . . .Why?. I have never bought from them so i cant commenmt from experience on the poor customer service as is being alleged. But i can complain about the fact that for 2 yrs now they have the label spelled wrong. Its not Kethu . . . Its Ketuh!
After countless emails they still maintain the incorrect name.

Obviously they think it doesnt affect sales, and they are probably right about it. I've heard that psyshop has even less respect for labels than they do for customers. |
