which basically means "I'll teach you what good music really is". You also posted another post where you say full on is crap.
Full on is as crappy as psytrance, and also as good as psytrance. psytrance is as good as minimal, and as crappy as minimal.
all of the mentioned above are as good and as crappy as techno.
it all depends on the listener.
There are good full on tracks, and there are fucking boring ones. There are amazing old goa trance tunes that make me all misty-eyed, and there are tunes that I'm happy nobody listens to anymore. There's amazingly sophisticated house music, and there's Tiesto...
I'm happy and proud of the fact that I <used> to like full on. I don't listen to this music anymore, but that doesn't mean that I don't believe this is still a good style and that there are some really wicked tunes.
In nature anything that doens't develop and change (adopt) - dies. GOA trance (psy-trance) fitted to a certain time and place, and these days are no more - and it is important to realise that and adjust. I'm not saying we should throw our dear copy of "Bible of Dreams" or "Dancing Galaxy" or "Radio" away, but on the other hand blocking new developments just because they're new is a sure way to kill this scene.

Helen what you say is right and as for full on i still cannot understand this genre because for me the real full on music is like Star-x, Silicon Sound, Atomic Pulse etc...This GMS, Infected,Alien Project etc for me are just commercial nowadays and not fullon at all...I understand full on is when you cannot stop dancing and your body has no control anymore! So i am a bit mislead on this post what kind of full on are we talking about???

Helen you clearly understand, but the problem is the blurry lines of definitions and advertising. It is just hard nowadays to have a solid common sense about something so dificult to describe in words as music.
As far a full on. IMHO it is apealing and easy to understand in most cases and it is usually the most accessible. So it feels sometimes this word full on floods the whole world.

love your words helen hope that some ppl listen them and finally we stop with all this crap that "fullon rocks" "psyshit" "dark wtf"....
ppl deffently need to understand that if they dont like something dont listen to it and dont talk about it talk about what u love and try to promote it i belive its more necessary....
like u say helen ther is good and crap in all the genres and i personaly love all i love psytrance and music that make me to get inside the trance...
i'm gonna to nir studio now to make some L.S.D...

Ohh.. i liked that! Been thinking the same way. real Psychedelic music is comlicated in its own way. Though I find the music of Prodigy, chrystalmethod, chill and some artists to be making more "mathematical" complicated music.. you know? But for me.. Full-on (not Goa) seems to be the easiest music to make. Even Skazi's music is more complicated to make. did any of this make sense?

Is it just me or is nearly everyone against full-on?
Surely we´re allowed to have our own musical tastes without getting bashed about it. I mean, i´ve read on this site that ppl who listen to full-on are mindless puppets! It´s not enough to insult the music but now ppl that like full-on get insulted too! Ridiculous!
I´m sure most artists are open to constructive criticism, not the kind that insults labels, music, artists, etc.
I myself am a huge fan of full-on trance. It´s my preferred genre. I DO listen to other styles, as a matter of fact, some of my favs aren´t full-on (aerodance for ex.).
I definitely respect all artists, for being able to do somethin i can´t - it´s excellent watchin an artist play their music with feeling in front of a crowd. Talamasca and Neuromotor are possessed demons when they play - truly excellent live acts!
I suppose it all boils down to being a matter of respect for each and everyone.
I´m in no way calling anyone disrespectful, I was just thiking out loud!

Die already. 5% of full-on is fine but its the uninspired copy-cat stuff (i.e. MOST of it!) that totally gives it a bad name. Psychedelic music needs LAYERS - full-on with a drum arrangement and one noise frantically spazzing around on top is simply not interesting. Some of what comes out these days I wonder why they didn't go for a release on Nukleuz or something.

Hi friend, you should RESPECT others opinions before and ask them not to delete your posts later.
Your comment just shows you are completely out of reason. Mike is a great ARTIST that is making really psychedelic full on these days, so you shut up and think before you click the "Submit" bottom.
I think you produce music too, and that's another reason for you to show respect for all other artists AND THEIR WORK.
