I think this is an exception when it comes to psytrance music on high bpm's that has a strong musical content and belongs not to the brigade that creates their tracks just with random effects and noises and maybe, sometime but rather rarely with one simple melo. Compare it to those 160+ bpm tracks of nowadays and feel the difference. Really like this track! Plenty of slower tracks without great melodies as well. And, outstanding tracks-melodic or not-are rare in any style imo.

okay i will play along : now that i work for monsanto i would like to market our number one selling "GMO" product, Ocelot. Not only is he our best "GMO" but he is fill with an extra additive of butthurt to make in more realistic. if you already have a psychedelic soup made then Ocelot is a real good cheese to add if your going to a house rave, its third chakra music and by adding some MDMA you have booty music. With countless testing at house raves when "we" played his music at such events, none of the house music kids noticed the difference. We agree that his words are the opposite of what his music is trying to promote but keep in mind that this guy has limited neurons. he uses profanity and name calling, we wish he would pretend he was 39 years when he spoke or get back on his medication for his bipolar issues. We have encouraged him to attempt to produce faster music in hopes to awaken him.

As I see it, based on the history of other types of music, this high speed thing is either a trend that will go away (dissipate) or it will have the momentum to establish itself as an entirely new and separate genre either within psytrance or without.
