Which ofcourse, is total bullshit. If dark tracks have a negative effect on people then it says something about how easily influenced these people are. I listen to dark tracks sometimes, and you don't see me turning crazy or getting angry and wanting to smash stuff. So please, don't act as if the music is to blame...           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. I agree with acidhive, that we can't blame music for crazy things that people do, but yes music tends to have a reaction on human beings, lets say if you are listening to chillout you will just want to lay down and listen to it, but if you put some full on or something really fast you will wanna dance your ass off.
But that doesn't mean that if a put a dark track i'll go and kill a person.
The sad thing is in our scene there is to much drug ABUSE.

And there you have it... The truth. Well spoken Insomniac. Now I'm hoping more people will realize and take note of this. You should check out progressive and underground trance parties. People tend to do much less drug abuse in those... (Though they still do drugs ... obviously it's part of the whole scene) But, the less drug abuse the better.           "Subconscious unravels at the point of death, and all time it has known erupts into a moment. personally i like tracks that create really dark evilish "aggressive" atmospheres and then with a break the whole atmosphere turns bright ..........

exactly my cup of tea.
usually my own tracks start evil and dark but turn lighter with time. - musicans are all human and cannot just write positive fluffy music all the time, it's very fake if they do so. music is a way to express feelings and i'm not interested in a musician who's pretending to be happy and feeling positive all the time. i like to hear the artist's bad feeling days.
btw. i got heavy lunatic depressive rock roots.          Anakoluth A Pebble in Your Eardrum's Shoe since 2001!
