With this post i have 2163 posts. Surely not all this post contain useful information but i never said they do. I am a user of this forum and the sense of this forum is to change thoughts related to psytrance with other people, some use it more some less. I really like this forum and the number of posts doesn't say much in any way but that i posted 2163 replies at the moment. Some may not high quality but there are also useful replies from me.

If u mean me, it is just not true. You don't know anything about my background. And with 'bla bla' u say all people who complained about YSE here are can't be taken serious and that is not ok. U want ur comments and the work of YSE respected but u don't respect people that don't have the same way of thinking like you.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge about this label etc. I started this topic, just of curiosity. I hope you agree with me that it should be allowed to ask a question like that..? It's quite impressive with that many releases, so offcourse I'm curious..

Trance artists are just normal human beings just like everybody else. YSE also releases tracks by a lot of fresh/new artists who doesn't have much experience with music business. It should be your responsibility to help them and give them the right information to get payed. Just because they don't send you a correct written invoice, doesn't mean you get their tracks for free... (unless both parts have agreed on that offcourse..)

well, looks like YSE is about to fuck over another artist!
after stumbling across this: http://www.saikosounds.com/english/display_release.asp?id=5441
3 days before it was due to be released, i contacted millenium records, telling them that i am the sole copyright holder for the track Neuron Compost - Dragon Poo, (previously released on Apoxina Records) and that they have not been granted permission to license / release the track.
they responded, saying "sometimes the shops are putting our planned tracklists online. we requested your track at your label but never got an answer, so this is not the final tracklist online!"
ok, fair enough i thought.
Goa Girl 2 has now been offically released. my track is on the compilation.
i have since contacted YSE and told them to make the necessary arrangements for licensing fees to be paid quick smart, or i will tell my lawyer to commence legal proceedings.
THIS DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THE ACTIONS OF A LABEL WITH THE ARTISTS BEST INTERESTS AT HEART

Does anyone know if a distributor, when is in exclusive deal with a label, could then directly deal licensing stuffs with Y.S.E ?
(in the positive case, maybe the explainanation could come from Wirikuta for those who were released on Apoxina)

Man, they are making promotion using your tracks... And as a matter of fact, I was a victiom because I bought one of their releases in which the track is on all online Shops up to today, but the track is NOT on the album... Check this:

i was just wondering yesday about what on earth is goin on and how does YSE manage to get already released tracks or other tracks from artists of different labels and put it on the compilations..and this is prolly the reason they release compilations by the dozen...
very funny man...imo they r the label with the max releases...i hope i am wrong..!
who are these people????
and yo do they think they can release tracks already and people will actually purchase them...every compilation they have come out with has atleast 2-3 tracks previously released...

no. the distributor has NOTHING to do with licensing the music, and have NO authority to act on behalf of labels signed exclusively.
anywayz, now alex@millenium is ASSURING me that my track is NOT on the compilation.
why the fk is every online store listing it in the tracklist, with samples!?!?!?!

Yes, probably thats why I bought an album that was supposed to have Broken Toy - Absolutely (Scorb Remix) but doesn't have it.
The guy is using other artists tracks to promote their releases... This is just ridiculous...
But you're lucky: at least Alex replied to your e-mails.

after asking WHY every online store is still listing my track as a part of the GOA GIRL 2 compilation, Alex has sent me links to Goa vol. 14 to assure me my track isnt there......
not only have they fucked me over, but now think im an idiot too!

perhaps its because of the 'trance heirarchy' u get treated with respect. u know, - big names, better treat em nice attitude.
underground musicians not so lucky it seems....
maybe ask yourself if you wanna continue being involved with a business who treat some people like shit.

We both (more or less) knew that before opening our labels no?
And speaking about business i try very hard to think of a business in our modern society that involves a lot of people and where these people dont fuck up each other every day in various aspects and ways.
I mean in my day time job my employes are supposed to be at work at 5am in the morning but constanly and even on a daily basis many of them are half an hour and even an hour late,ofcourse i pay them for this hour but i am being fucked up by them no?
Ofcourse when they come to me for a raise i present this fact to them and they kindly get their raise request back so its my turn to fuck them.
Everything on this planet works vice versa so if you think that someone is messing up with you then do your best and mess up with him too,except ofcourse if you believe too much in Christianity and the 'turn the other cheek to the guy that slaps you' theory presented by Jesus.
Thank God i was never much into religion...LOL
Anyway hope your case gets solved really fast and all the best of luck with your label.
