today its this Jetgroove tomorrow there is another website desiding whats good for us.
this website or any other shitsites like this should be closed.

Technically speaking they can list whatever tracks (evenunreleased) as long as they can't be obtained from the website. so they're not doing anything wrong at all...
Well - this is not true - we never were contacted by jetgroove (or even knew they exist) , so how can you say we are affiliated with them??
Second...technically speaking they CAN`T use our tracks as their promotion - u can´t buy them but there is a sample from the tracks , so they are using (even if just a bit) copyright material without permission.Other thing i think about is...we just release vinyl...how do they have our tracks there?recorded from the vinyl?
This dodgy situations have to stop - the musical market is already fucked up - we don´t need pple to make it even worse.

Finally, imo it's not so bad...
Ok, it's a bit disrespectful not to contact a label before adding infos and sample about their release...
But nothing illegal... It's just infos about forthcoming releases... Now, if a label don't want its sample on Jetgroove, write to them and we will see what they do...
But if they come to you saying "Look, we have that many people who want to buy your tracks througt our website. Let's make a deal !", see what they offer. And after that see if they pay what they say they will....
I don't know if Jetgroove will be successful... but one way or an other, I think online music shop will be part of the musical business in the future anyway...
All big majors are now involved in their own project... and other people are trying to be inovative...

we have also written a complaint and a demand to immediate stop of sales of our releases.
the weird thing is that if you type UNRELEASED you will be surprised how much music they have there. this whole thing is soooo dodgy.
here a copy of our letter, and we will be taking legal action as well, if the issues in not resolved asap. luckily, we got a dad judge also in the family.
i urge those labels based in england to go visit these suckers! and hackem yeah!

It was pointed out to us by our distributor that jetgroove.com is selling four releases of ketuh records without authorization.
We demand an immediate explanation for this ILLEGAL action! We demand retribution for all sales you have made from our label until now, and an immediate termination of all future sales.
Despite your claim that you would contact us in case of sales, it is illegal to advertise products without our prior written consent: it is unauthorised copyright.
If this request is not replied to, within 24 hours, we will take immediate legal action against you, and also inform all our partners, labels, distributors and artists, which you illegaly feature on your website about this wrong doing.
Please contact me immediately.

They send the same email to everyone who complains, they only change the name at the top. It's bullshit; to prove to yourself that you can't acutally buy your own music you still have to GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
Heads up people, this isn't about selling dodgy MP3s, it's big-time credit-card fraud. Have you seen how much detail they want from you when you register? Since when did an on-line shop need a 'secret question' - the same secret questions my bank uses to check my identity! I bet everyone who signs up gets flooded with porn spam in 24 hours.

Just for the sake of it, I selected Audiotec album.
I needed to register to activate my shopping cart. So I did with just a pseudo- no real name, no address, just city - a pass words and a secret question - a different one than the one I gave to my bank ;-)
Then it told me the album was not available yet... No credit card number needed so far...
I can't see nothing bad here... but that's doesn't mean it's OK for all releases.
Maybe I will be flooded by spam tomorrow - but I gave them an address already flooded so...
And I sure would think 2 times before give them my credit card number - but $ 1.25 a track, it's way too expensive.............
