Maybe i'm bit rude but .... Is it legal to use movie or music sample without permition from author ? So why the fuck many of label owners permit such actions from label artists . Is it legal to use illegal software ?
2.
Do you think that someone realy buy from net mp3 file for 1$ when he can get a CD for 12$ or illegal CD for 2$ or get it free online using one of P2P application . Show me the logic behind your actions and high claimed speeches .
P.S.
I know that probably many of you will pm Moderators , contact my ISP(as Detox threaten me) , send me antrax and even Mother Theresa after such disrespectful action by me . So i don't care . I see just too much of bitching here . |

Great idea about hacking their website. I think this is a just action because if they are selling our material without consent from any artists or labels then radical action should be taken, don't you agree.
What are everybodys thoughts on this idea?

Technically speaking they can list whatever tracks (evenunreleased) as long as they can't be obtained from the website. so they're not doing anything wrong at all...

Since they're not even actually selling a single illegal track but only displaying the names, It's unethical, illegal, and imho the most irresponsable way to go about this. You will be prosecuted and will most likely even pay for the downtime & other expenses you cause by doing this.
From a legal point of view you can only ask them to remove the listing of the files/tracks. As it's only "text" and nothing can really be bought (yet), they can do this as a favor... and wouldn't even be legally obligated to do this. www.psytracks.com :: Brand new website for sharing your psytracks with the world. These motha Fu***rs are selling my releases as well.. stealing from poor indian people 
how low can you go man...
anyway i am also in the process of taking action against them... and i have also learned that Universal has filed a writ petition against them!!!
