Deerfield’s is an exquisite 940-acre family-owned wilderness retreat complete with incredible ponds, creeks, apple orchards, forests, wildlife and hiking trails. This is a LEAVE NO TRACE EVENT!!!! Please respect the land and remove everything you bring in (including all trash) when you leave!
Camping is free Friday and Saturday nights, if you are interested in camping Sunday night there is a land usage fee of $20.00 per person. This fee can be paid to the land owners when you are onsite.
Please do not set up any camping or sleeping on the lakeside stage. This is a great place to visit but sleeping there is not permitted.
Gate hours are 3pm til 11pm Friday, 8am til 10pm Saturday. If you need to be let in at anytime other than the gate hours please email Thosepeople@gmail.com to set up a time to meet at the gate.
This is a Rain or Shine event with rustic camping accommodations - bring EVERYTHING you’ll need to survive….there is no re-entry.
Food vendor on site.
No alcohol.
Feel free to bring your artwork to help decorate!

World Bridge is a non-profit organization, in order to appease our insurance company that this is indeed a private party we must ask for ID at the gate. If you are not in possession of an ID, please let us know and we will be happy to find a way to accommodate your needs.

Tickets are $50.00 when paid in advance (at least 1 week before the party) 0r $70.00 at the gate. ALL TICKETS MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE WITH NAME AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR ID. Please email ThosePeople@gmail.com with the name of each person planning to attend. As this is a private party we will be checking ID at the gate, so remember to bring some form of identification please! There are a limited number of tickets to ensure a small, community style party, so please let us know if you intend to be here so we can send you a ticket confirmation...you will need it to get in!! Only those whose name appears on the list will be admitted.
No exceptions, not even at the gate!

Yay! Big News!
The party is no longer 'private'. We were able to get cost effective insurance, which means NO PRE REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
Yes!
That also means no I.D. necessary at the gate. Come one and come all!
ALSO...
Buy your ticket in advance or carpool to save money. Carpools are WAY ENCOURAGED and save $20 a head!
3 or more carpooling get in at the presale price of $50 a ticket at the gate - so grab your friends and make it a party on the way to the party.
And of course, children are free and welcomed!

Tasty FOOD --- Meal Plan by Ambrosia's Delights!
The same wonderful people whom dished out the tasty at Croaton! I couldn't get enough and now they are offering a meal plan for the World bridge party!
Ambrosia's Delights says:
We use as many local handmade and organic ingrediants as possible. The mealplan is $30 which includes 4 meals. Friday night dinner, sat. brunch, sat. dinner, and sunday brunch. Meals are available for individual purchases on site for $9 per meal.

Whew we are only a couple a weeks away and I am getting excited!!!!! Thanks so much to all who have been helping behind the scenes already !!!
We are just about set for take off!!!
Anyone who is planning on arriving late in the night remember to let us know so we can meet you at the gates!!! The gates really will be locked at tthe announced times ......
Oh and food passes for the weekend will be available at the gate as well.....eat for the weekend for $30.00 thanks to our amazing Ambra!!! |
