Logic is using Audio Unit (AU) not VST.
Your .exe installers are for windows os so there will be no AU in there for sure. You must get the AU version of these plugins either as .component files which you drag and drop to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components, or as a .dmg file which is the ".exe-like" installer for OSX.
