many of the sellers come by themselves, they don't need an invitation.
and it is known that alcohol arouse agression.

Perhaps the solution is the same as with alcohol - to set up one official balloon stand at the party, and that's it. Different crews can offer bids to party organizers, and pay them to sell balloons at the party. They can set up inflatable couches or something so people don't fall over and hurt themselves. One seller at each party - no fights.

Baloon sellers come by themselves and their friends, they bust into the party if there are not enough bouncers, and do it on almost every party, arsim or not arsim. That is from my own personal experience.
Comon ppl.. these are real crooks,.. I dont understand those that defending these ppl.. My partner was threatened with a knife to his belly when trying to persuade one of those to leave our party since he wasnt invited to sell gas there and this wasnt our only incident with these folk. They are bad for our scene and make us look bad since they are always ouside the door and in the middle of the party. Damn this looks really disgusting - I wouldnt like to come to have fun with this kind of ppl around me, sorry.

The stuff is not for me. It is annoying when all of a sudden you get knocked off your feet on the dance floor by the user. Just take it off the dancefloor. |

ananda for your information they come today to EVERY party they can get information on.
They are the biggest problem this scene has in Israel and it cant be solved.
Me and every party orgeniser i know faced problems with those criminals unless they invited someone specifically and make sure no other ppl sell it.
The fact is that most party orgenisers do not order these balloon gangs and actually fear more from them than from police coming to their parties.
Abd yuli very interesting point you raised regarding the ballooon vs cd buying issue, we definitely loose the crowd in this one...

i personally don't like to see people using ecstacy at parties, but IMO if they want to do it go ****ing right ahead! it's all about enjoying the party vibe.
but the balloons, whether because of who sells them, or the n2o itself, or the people who use it, or WHATEVER, is a source for fighting and general unpleasantness at parties, and there's no justification for those who ruin other people's fun.
so THERE. sorry ananda, but whether you're okay on balloons or not, they do (directly or indirectly) cause violence and aggression.
maybe the organizers can set up security cages, or deep trenches, just out of view of the party, and we can throw the balloon sellers inside for the duration of the party... a *little* vigilantism, we can call the police in the morning to free them... (*PLEASE* don't take this suggestion too seriously  ) |

Omg balloons haaa now i have listen to everything...daamnn hope this thing never comes to mexico.... one time outside on a party i saw some from of my brother getting high with a bottle of compressed air like the one that uses for injuries in soccer players, maybe it's the same quemical inside i dont know but they were taking shoots out of this thing and they were pretty stuned after this ...so that's maybe the closet thing i ever seen compared to this thing of the balloons... there's some crazy bastards out there.. |
