ive heard about this in the boom2002,
but never knew it was so extreme in some countries...or the negatives effects of it...

but it doesn't make any sadness in the parties I go to!

have not seen of this stuff in india. just heard nd now reading -
i agree with anada to some extent and its all individual choice of wat to be on
but after knowing the effects like it can be the cauz of fights etc - yes, defi shud not be promoted in the parties - and yes its the organisers who shud take care of not lettin the dealers in - ppl inside will never bother if some ballon seller dosent turn up

Oh, how i DON'T envy the man that will have to give you a detoxification process... doctors give sedatives in a labrotorial conditions, with scientific knowledge of exactly how much to give and what to do in case said administered sedative misbehaves.
and for your information, peddeling n2o without a liscense and proper training is ileagle (i practically grew up with dentists and doctors). you CANNOT quantify the proper amount in a balloon. you CAN cause grave harm to yourself. anyone telling you otherwise is full of it.
on a more personal note, i say every man/woman to him/her self. i am a smoker, and an occasional weed abuser (that's right, I abuse my body), so I am in no position to judge no one - but make no mistakes when you take chemical agents into your system!

lets face it, when I do drugs I dont become violent, so on wiuth my friends and lotsa ppl I know. so I say, lets keep the variety (!?) of drugs and just ban the bad people *evil grin*
those bad people by the way dont only come because of the nitrox, waaaake up! they come for the xtc and lsd too!

It all started in Cape Town, South Africa. Some afrikaaners did if for a laugh, an Israeli guy and his South African girlfriend saw the money making advantages of it ?? go figure and they took it to Zambia to the eclipse last year where of course there were many other Israelis who also saw the money making possbilities and now you have balloon gang warfare at a trance party - thats how the lovely story goes... |

its been happening in the US for at least 9 years, before it was outlawed and stricly enforced...
probably way before that since i was unaware of it prior to that time ( i was too young  )
