Hey Avishay, I think your'e full of crap . (sorry) .
I mean, OK, you don't like it, but why saying all those things ?! it's simply not true.
For your information, party organizers ARE responsible for these balloons, and if they don't wanna deal with it - they call other people to sell it, as well as they do call drug dealers to interact in their parties , it is FOR the audiance, not AGAINST it.
some people like beer, some people like lsd and some people like nitrox , it's good to have a variety ...so open up your mind!
Plus... those people who do Nitrox dont have badness on their face , and they DO have a smile on their face, ACTUALLY most of the people I see with ballons are "nikraiim mitzhok" and fall on the floor because it makes em LAUGH so hard.
I like nitrox as I like drugs and alcohol , and it's good to have it sometimes

it is legal and it will stay legal..
the problem here is that people will take everything that can make them high without even know what they are doing..
this N2O baloons selling spread very fast in israel..
someone started to sell baloons somewhere and after 2 weeks it was all over the country..
this drug is very dangerous and people cant understand that it fucks their brain !
this gas is more dangerous than lsd..
and ananda... i don't know about you, but these baloons don't make me laugh at all (maybe a big smile)..
it just make me very hallucinating..
i agree its fun, but ppl, take care of your own brains, after all you have to live with them all of your life..
just dont do alot of it..

ananda, avishay is one of the very few ppl i know who is not full on any shit.
im also very agaist this whole "baloons culture".
not Bcoz of its bad effect for longer view... im for ppl to do what ever they want as long as they dont interupt others, but Bcoz it brings "fun ruining" ppl to the places where im actualy looking for some fun.
btw: i never saw in a nature party 2 dealers fight.
but i realy have no idea how many times i saw 2 baloon guys fighting and ruining the party for so many ppl.
about the thing that the prgenizers are responsible is not always true... some are, some arent.
say no! 2 balunz!!!!

i dont like it so much as you but i realy dont mind.
the thing is not the baloons... it was fun when it started... its about 3 little arsim satteling at the corners of parties and having a fight who will sell it... i dont mind if some nice guy sell bloons...
but today we got to a level (in israel actualy) when ppl found it as a money sorce and ppl are not mature enough to deal with it and organizers calling 2-3 baloon sellers or i dont know how its done.. but nowadays it leads to serios problems...
i dont think its about the effects...
comeon... ppl scrowing thier head with much higher things...
i know its bad to. but i dont mind if ppl like it.
if they wanna baloon, then they wanna baloon... let ppl do what they want, like yossi said, as long as they dont hurt others.
i think the issue here its about the sellers and organizers who not stoping them... from here the bad karma starts.
so if our nice crowd, organizers, sellers cant deal with it like a human beings.... then its should be stoped.

it was a pretty rare incident to see ppl fight in nature parties, atleast in the 1`s i`ve been at... b4 this "balunz era".

I can't see what is the problem.
Actually it is much better than the other drugs...
It make me fly for few seconds and than I'm back, what's wrong with this?

And no it's not better than any other drugs. It's just as damaging if you have a unlucky night and your brain get's overloaded.

What is the problem here? and what about other types of drugs that make people act like beasts? its not the drugs, its the person, and specially in our scene we should understand that.
I did N2O years before anybody heard about it in Israel (we did it from the cleaned whipped cream devices, just fill it with the 'ampola' and breath...), and let me give you some idea about the effect:
Nitrogen is naturaly in the blood stream. When, for instance, diving to deep places, the pressure changes the relation between oxygen and nytrogen in the blood stream, what causes the 'diver's delusions' ("Shikaron maamakim"). Inhaling N2O creates the SAME result (temporarily changes the relation between nitrogen and oxygen), and this change is TEMPORARY - it causes euphoria, dizzyness and uncontrolled laughter.
Personaly, I like L.gas A LOT - one of the best substances I ever used, simply because it has NO side effects (aside from tiredness, and of course only if you take it in good measure) and it is easy to control.
Now, about the sellers, that's a totaly different thing - just like a drug dealer comming and taking control over a party (I remember one in 'Yearot Menashe') - but this is a totaly different matter.
dont ban the baloons just because of the dealers, I'm sure you wouldn't do the same with Acid or any other 'legitimate' trance drug...

I dont like the sight of pepole loaded with XTZ, i have my reassons. i'm sure i' not the only one, am i correct?

I think Avishay forgot that when going 2 a party, specially in this scene, everyone do what they wana do. it shouldnt bother him what other pepole do. He should consitrate on the music or any other thing he likes doing .
Yea i would'nt have taken the balloones salesman to a beautiy contest, so WHAT? u can get negative vibes from any other person that came 2 the site just like u .

Come on.. you're talking about Nitrous here - the most innocent and silly drug. It's used in every whip-cream dispenser, and by dentists. And it's pretty legal in the US, too. You can buy the little canisters at any headshop. I am sure people will get bored with it soon.. It's not all that exciting - more of a high-school drug. though it can be very psychedelic. |
