The focus is not if he get more r less money. in my opinion is as to be the idea of him during all the production/promotion work. |

Well... That's what happens when you start to organize a big festival without even make a simple one night party... A step much larger than the legs they have...
I'm very sad that this happened in this country where we have some of the biggest festivals...
I agree with you Gordon when you say that he wasn't kidnapped. I also believe that is bullshit...
Anyway, i don't see why our government has to act like england or spain in matter of parties...
I hope that no action is taken towards the trance parties in Pt in general. We have the best conditions to provide some of the best parties.
If those actions were taken, we would loose our Boom Festival, Freedom Festival and other good festivals from reliable organizers. |

He did organize a smaller party in Portugal to raise money for the festival. And ended up loosing 30 000 € (he said...) on this. |

Well, this is from a well known newspapper from Portugal. I will just translate these 2 paragraphs which i believe say pretty much all about this.
First quote from the police chief:
"We still need to know if all this mess wasn't previously agreed between Jean Paul and the security guys"
Second quote from the police chief:
"About the inquiries to the participants, we couldnt get much as they're people under the influence of drugs and alchool"
Oh, they also mention us bitching here lol
Hi MOM!
If someone has the patience to fully translate it...do it

Dudes, i've just been thinking about this, i'm 100% sure about this guy.
Notice how the police doesn't state anything about an abduction? Nor the journalist, unless on the part that she talks about the rumours in here about the kidnapp.
This is really bad for us, fortunatly it didnt get the projection of getting exposed on the major and sensasionalist news channels. If it would, I believe the government would imediatly change it's path into the one used by our fellow european countries about this kind of events.
Portuguese people, for your sake, let's boicott these shitty organizations for the next years. That's if you want to be as free as you are now. I also believe you all need to see how raves are handled by the government in other European countries and others. Just go to youtube and search "party shut down" or "police bust".
We usually dont get that here.

For me, it's very clear from the beggining that JP is no victim, and of course he ran away with the money, the stolen stuff AND his security friends!!!

*****JP is a thief and got what he deserved, his bad karma coming back to bit him in the ass!*** I ordered ALOT of clothing through his webshop( months ago), and he only delivered half and never sent the other half, it took me many many emails to even get an answer. I know this is minor in comparison to the clusterfuck-non festival, but the guy is a crook, thief and liar through and through.
