Also a point to consider . I think it was more logicly mistake than English . I think you just not read all my post but highlighted end of it when i said something with two meanings. The good thing is that we now understand each other much better.

I have a huuge confession. I got this album thats in the same street as "Raja Ram's Stash Bag"

It's called "1200 Micrograms - 1200 Mics" (Riktam and Bansi (GMS) and Raja Ram)..
I know lots of you nice people are gonna trash me for saying this. But i really love this album. I know its cheezy and bla bla.. But its a "fun" album! I like 1200 Mics humor.

now hit me!

got to mention: 'Marijuana, the dried leaves and flowers of the indian hemp weed is used in the form of a cigarette. Should you ever be confronted with the temptation of taking that first puff of a marijuana cigarette... do it, do it, do it!'

I personally respect this old guy for all of his effort in making and playing the music that, if u dont like it, it doesnt mean that is bad. I just came back from the party in Thesaloniki where he was playing and, if u were there, u would have seen that many, I mean many people still love his sets, including me. He's maybe gone a little commercial, but its all in the spirit of having a great party and making people scream and shout.

All respect for his contribution in this scene but all he do on his collaborations with Simon/Graham Wood is to play the flute. He's got no or very little saying (skill) when it come to making the music.

In my opinion he's nothing but a candy drug dealer who are aiming to get as many kids hooked on various drugs as proven on his many drug promoting CD releases. The music he's promoting and releasing is not much better !

I don't understand what this fuss is all about...

If you don't like the TIP stuff released at the moment, then don't listen to it! If you do like it, then do listen to it.

Simple as that...

What this man does in terms of the music that is releasing at his label in order to gain money etc etc is his own thing to decide and not for anyone else to judge.

All this discussion here is irrelevant.

Yes, the TIP sound has changed to a more formulated style of trance which personally it does not apply to my personal musical taste, but as I said I just don't really listen to TIP stuff anymore and this is where the story ends for me.

All of you people who judge why not make your own label and release what you wanna hear instead of judging others?

HandA with all do respect, you don't have the right to say these things about Raja Ram or anyone else as far as I'm concerned.

After all he's the man -along with Graham Wood- behind the famous 'The Infinity Project' under which name TIP (The Infinity Project) records was founded (by Raja Ram).

And whether you like it or not, without considering TIP current releases, it is one of the oldest and most historical labels of the music that we all like.

So please people, stop bitching around like women who had a bad fuck and are waiting for their period and mind your own business...
Don't hope 2 much 4 something cause u may end up getting it...

The only reply that is right

It is very good cd, and fuck of people who wanna be the cool checker and want to decide what is good or not good for other people.

And if it is commercial what is the problem?
Does commercial means always it is bad?
-NO

Just because it is commercial doesnt mean it is bad, but stash bag 3 sounds so damned 1 dimensional. it doesnt sound like there was much thought or effort put into that one. sounds like it was tossed together haphazzardly and released as quick as possible...they gotta get that ching dont you know! just the name raja ram will sell...doesnt matter if the music is actually quality.           ----------

hehe..drugs these days arent getting any cheaper...obviously a few Stash Bags need to be sold to get some real stash..bwahaha...

(dont take the above too seriously and wet your pants..we are all adults here arent we?)

um i think what HandA said is really important, listening to any Raja Ram and mic1200 efforts ..i get this feeling of the glorification of drugs... now i know this forum is anti-drug discussion..

but lets see ...oh wait..yea..all my friends are fucked from psychedelic drugs....some of them have ended up in mental institutes and others have no will to live and they are all spending all their money on drugs,..fueled by psy-trance (i know this is off-topic)

someone said somthing about Raja Ram's spiritual side..there is nothing spiritual about drugs!!! and someone who advocates them and makes it like all cool and shit , shouldnt be hailed as a hero...he is just a goofed out old flute player who took one too many acid trips...and happened to bump into some real producers on the way.

as for Stash Bag Vol 3. ...thanks you for trying ,...maybe next time

Hehe. Very interesting post with lots of different points of view. But, anyway, on top of everything that some people sayd, I heard that Mr Raja Ram is a terrible Dj. Is this true?

I think the saddest thing to come out of this is the infighting.
Fair enough exchanging viewpoints..that is a discussion.
But some of the exchanges have been quite vitriolic... & resorted just in one person slating not only anothers views, but in some cases the person themselves.
In the UK, underground music brings all types together..a real cross section...I'm sure that it must be the same in your countries.
Leave the infighting to those who choose to look down upon our subculture.. what we have is something extra-ordinary;something special...lets be happy in the knowledge that we are a part of this..less infighting more enjoying
