so this is really unrespectful to write about an artist that he is a copycat, Im sure he sat and work hard 4 this track..

I give up. I'm not a fan of full on but at least Astrix - Poison had a little bit of creativity with that those cut up audio parts that provided some "ummfff" to the start of the track...this guys track that I originally posted clearly ripped that off.

I've really come to the conclusion that the intelligence of people that listen to this genre has just gotten to low at the average to even bother conversing with as a whole. The idea people can actually defend this shit is pure proof of the outright stupidity
that evolved/been atracted to this genre. Its all a lost cause.

Can you please tell us sceptics at what time index is it a ripoff? I fail to hear any lifted melody, and all full on basslines are pretty much the same.

Actually, I'm not a good judge, since for me most (not all) morning full on sounds the same to me...

+1

i know that certain fullon labels have FORMULA that producer must work by

lets think fullon

1 minute opening

2 miutes buildup by chop the parts from the middle and have some fast "wow" 4th bar. after evry wow a small element will come into the track. (straight bass for power fullon octaves bass for melodic)

2 miutes make more 'complete' lines , usualy using 2-3 synths to create 1 melody , good time for vocals

break 30 seconds for usual or 1 minute for astrix

arpegio
snare roll
stop
wow
kick in the most expcted cheese line ever

1 minute "for the mix" of complete bordom of repeat randomly one of the stages earlier

here it is... this all i hear in 90% of fullon music soory

some like old schoolers wizzy noize know how to make proper good fullon without copy or use ass tricks.          www.sattelbattle.com

How can we, as artists, really claim that the music, and style of it, is ours? If we manifest out of a collective mind, sharing all energy and inspiration with everyone and anything unconsciously...

We might just be channeling inspirational energy from some alien in another dimention

Ofcourse, everything is everything, and it would be ours _also_....

We do have the privilige of manifesting the energy into 3d tough, thats a huge gift But the energy we used to manifest the track, might not be only ours....

Aliens tired of alien music hehe!

Bah! it always troubled me this discussion of style, my point of view on this is, anyone that enjoys this or that style should keep enjoying it, cheesy or copy pasted or absolute uber shite, they wont change and they shouldn't change. Just keep of invading other tastes!

Now about the copy paste thingy well when its shite its shite, a bit of cow shit here and bit of bird vomit there and voilą another espresso track for a killa dance floor experience. who's to blame? Dunno maybe Michael Jackson he created psytrance dance go figure were he got his steps...LSD
If labels think its ok so there you go, copy paste is allowed, it sells... YOU BUY IT!           -------------d(oO)b----------------

hehe I just discovered this topic !
funny !
Astrix Poison...really ?? I've never think about that... yes it's full-on, maybe not the more original one...but in my point of view, it has good kick/bass, nice breaks and beautiful "old school" melodies...that's why I selected it for this compilation because it suits perfectly the style of sound I enjoy to play/hear in parties.
I think there are more copy/paste tracks around in the Fullon style than this one.
But maybe it's the Fullon style which is a whole Copy/paste stuff ? ...but this is another topic

Anyway, I'm happy to see this topic...because people actually listen samples of the compilation
