Ok my bro, tell u the truth I havent done any special search for healing hearbs and meditation and I don have any link to recomend on that.
Everyone can start drink hearbs to clean toxins,and follow a spiritual process with meditation ,ayahuasca is a sacred plant that can be used with respect and ritual spirit to fix the damages ,and heal all inner bodies and mind tta needs purification.
A combination with other hearbs using daily with meditation,to clean all toxins and cure self.
I do it and I had became healthier.
Everyone can search and find what fits better to himself.
we can talk deeper through pm..
About 2o12?

Thank you for your answer! 
I strongly believe that the herb meditation (and whatever can do this job) can help to clean our bodies from toxins and is the best cure for everyone as also the best defence to the worst enemy of our health nowdays the cancer! 
Any information given for detoxication is vital!(I hope we will go deeper with p.m.)
As for 2012 i hope the humanity will turn to a better path... 
I am waiting all my life for something to happen and change the world to a better place!

About herbs and spiritual healing...
As dear Jedi requested 
Spiritual healing works with a lot of diffrent methods,my suggestion is to work by the shamanic way,and this process is so much psychedelic..
Plants needs a lot of respect when we use them for healing, because we have to deal with very sensitive beings,and work with very subtle energies.
Some basic rules of respect:
Before we cut a plant,or we drink it as a herb,we must first ask the permision from the elemental spirit of the plant,and cut the plant with respect and love.
When we cut a plant with violence from the ground without respect and kill it,then the soul of this plant is falling down spiritualy and looses the chance to liberate soul in a higher state of existance, the 100% of the plant's conciousnes is lost,and only remained the subconcious part of it.
If we cut it with respect then we give the chance for the plant to evolute soul in a higher state of being,and also we keep the 100% plant's conciousnes alive,and so by this way we can do a deeper cure.
We can meditate in silence as we drink the herb or with favourite music  ,all we do is to try connect our hearts with the elemental spirit of the plant ,and communicate by a telepathetic way our being with the plant's being, like being one thing as it goes down the neck when we drink,and we conciously observe the effect on body slowly slowly,as it passes from inside,we may see the vision of a beautifull fairy kissing our inner world as it dives inside the sickness of our health,and see it as it cleans the toxins,feel the process funtioning,and love the plant for the precious healing help that gives u,because this is their purpose of life,yes it is to serve humans when they are sick,and if they do it by the right way,then they liberate,and karma also gets good effect..
Imagine that the spiritual work is happening to the physical body,the astral body,and the aitherial body,and mental body,and this is holistic therapy.
Visions can be seen in the astral area or even deeper in the aitherial state,a good strong concetration can see a lot ...
And in the end dont ever never throw the used plant in the trashes,we need to keep the elemental spirit's conciousnes alive,yes because we create a closer and deeper healthy relation with the plant,and we need the healing energies stay clean and stronger!!
Maybe there are more things to tell,but I think that those are the most important to know.
I am sure that those who belive if they try to do spiritual healing,they will surely get a kind of a personal psychedel;ic initiation...

I came across one this week Jedi it's name is Gogi Berry and chinese fruit which when digested for a period of time is apparently very detoxicating and really makes you feel good...
Plants are our very best friends and help us in a million ways it's such a pity that people don't see the beauty and the power of these vegetating, calm beautiful plants! We all need to expand our conciousness and open our minds because plants are our salvation they are our door to another better world for sure!
