Well... today i opened a trade asking about a music i received in mp3 with the name "n.n" (no name) ... a lot's of ppl came talk to me about me being a trader just cause i received a unreleased song, a great song and i wanted to knew the name of it!
I'm not a Dj, I just like to listen some new unreleased tracks that are coming out and for that i'm a tradeR? Where can i buy cd's with unreleased tracks? is there a market? ... the answer is the "trade mark" ...
I usually download some albuns and unr. tracks to listen, i'm not a dj, i don't work (student) and here (portugal) if I wan't to buy a cd i have to send it by Psyshop and it costs me about 30, 35€ ... wich means a lot of the money i earn! I have bought a few cd's (the best ones) but of course i can't be always buying everything that's released...
And this guys, including moderators only make jokes about it... what do u moderators want me to do to get unr. tracks? if trading isn't the only way ... please tell me the way

It is not a good idea to launch such a polemic topic as this...
Anyway, you are not supposed to get unreleased tracks.
I personally don't find any problem in that, AS LONG as you don't play it in parties (large parties i mean, not little private ones), but i understand why so many people, especially artists, hate mp3/downloading/unreleased, everybody has their reasons.
As for the ordering from psyshop costing 30€, is that per cd? I usually order from psyshop, chaos unlimited and saikosounds and i can say that
psyshop = aprox. 16 euro per cd
saikosounds = aprox. 14(!!) per cd
chaos unlimited = aprox. 17 per cd
all this including shipping to portugal. i personally recommend chaos unlimited, they may have higher prices but they have personalized mailing (not automail), a great service, they offer stickers/flyers/magazines and it takes two days to get here.
of course for this you need to order with credit card, if you don't have one go here http://www.mbnet.pt

The guidelines are explicit: no trade. Probably your topic will be deleted. Maybe not, cause you can talk about trade, you just can't trade in threads...
Unfortunatelly for a person who is not a DJ, or very influent in psytrance world, it's impossible to get unreleased tracks. All released albums are available for you to buy. Buy as much as you can, this way you support the artists you like.
Usually this discussion leads nowhere...

I thinks it's all said ...
And i repeat... i buy cd's .. the best of them, the other's and the unreleased, or i ask my friends to get it or if i can, i download them! my life's not trance, i'm not a Dj, i'm just a regular person trying to listen good muzik!
I said cd's cost me 30€ cause they do... the shipping costs and all of that, but i buy the best! other's i just get them... i don't have the money to buy all i want! i wish i could have, so if that's stealing... i steal, who never stealled?

you people groan on and on about how much you don't have money to buy a CD. how much does it cost you to have an internet connection, a computer, electric and phone bills? here in israel, though it varies, it's usuelly about 300 $ (U.S) for me to run my computer along with an internet connection (which me and my flatmate use for our work). and we both have jobs. to pay for the internet connection. would you steal somthing just cause you can't afford it? i know i won't. cause that's NOT how i was Brought up.

How can a cd cost 30€ to order? Can you explain that?

the digital age changed the way ppl think about things.
ppl dont see it as stealing cause its a copy of a copy of a copy.
if you could copy that boxter 911 and make you a new one so that the original is still in the owner hands, will it still be stealing ?
its problematic.

wako, we can go deeper than that. lets say I'm an automobile designer. and i am at a writer's block, and i have a deadline. do i copy some other designer's auto design and risk being sued for plagerism; do I steal his plans and display them as my own; or do i try hard to get to the sollution and get pass the writer's block i have? mp3 trading is wrong. it's still here, people still do it, but that doesnt mean it's th right thing to do. we can go on and on, churn this subject endlessly, shahar and yuli will come on and bless us with their insight, some others here will probably flame those insights and the topic will be locked (again). in other words, Been there, Done that, bought the T-shirt, won the Lottery, bought the aforementioned 911 boxter with a wooden stirring wheel and magnesium hubcaps and went on holiday in aruba...
