man, u can post it here, isratrance is a very powerfull way to promote a party, especially among israelis. also, there is pm system which party organizers in Israel absorbed long time ago, also works good. That's if u targeting israhellis! 
I'm actually looking for russian place on the net, for russian-american trancers. Don't underestimate russians, they are the...power!  imho NY scene got much stronger and enthusiastic since russians joined so u should meet some russians in Boston, got to be some.
once again,pipl, if u know an amerian-russian trance forum - drop it to me plz. i can read russian. and type.
