Greetings!
Peace and best wishes for an amazing summer of 2007. This year we have a fresh new festival coming our way!
Introducing the Happy Festival , which will take place for 3 days and nights near the city of Denia in the province of Valencia, Spain. This exiting alternative cultural electronic music festival will sprout a spirit of joy, play and happiness. A place where international gathering of friends and kindred minded people can enjoy to a rich backdrop of a wide variety of activities.
Happy festival is a creation of Spun Records & Katarsis with a long list of collaborating labels and groups like Solstice Music, madhatter & Hadra and many more.
With the best new dance music from Ibiza and other parts of the cutting edge global dance culture to ensure a fabulous high energy experience. The line up is an endless list of traditional festival headliners and all time stars that will put a sunrise on your face and your body in motion.
A wide variety of artists spread over 4 blasting sound systems of highest caliber to rock our souls to the bone with a total of 280,000 Watts of power that will give everyone the right kind of music and lots of it. From Happy trance to dark Psy or some ambient to chill everyone out, we will be saturated and blessed with quality & quantity of sublime live acts and DJ sets.
You will be spoiled with fine decoration and superb visuals to enhance our euphoric states of pleasure.
To make everyone very happy there will many attractions ranging from Theatre and Circus shows to arts and crafts markets. Also there will be Make-up classes led by professionals, juggling, nature cooking, Digitopuntura, Reiki sessions, Meditation, Diksha, Yoga events, body painting and other fantastic surprises. For kids and our inner children there will be a pool of balls, slides and a funny labyrinth to explore.
Happy festival is complete with a secure beautiful environment, a day care center, medical staff, recycling program, free camping and free water. A rich food area with a diversity of gastronomic delights including vegetarian, energetic and macrobiotic is also catered for.
In short there will be all the things to make you and your little ones truly happy!

This one smells funny again if you ask me.....I got contacted by the promoter, who wanted to book me but had no money to pay for my set....only a ticket...which is the case with the majority off all booked artists except the big guys (I know 'cause I spoke to many guys playing here that don't/won't get paid).....how come  Don't u think the ones on top make enough money allready and that it's maybe time to support some other artists as well instead of having the monopoly gang(sters) cash it all in in front of our nose and we all have to go home empty-handed and to be happy with the opportunity to play a festival abroad It shows little respect to anything else than capitalism if u ask me.....with all respect, but I personally refuse to get treated like "line-up filling", because I'm to good 4 that (and so are many others playing for nothing here) while I know there's big names cashing in bigtime....any thoughts/response from the promoter on that maybe

I am sandro the organizer of the festival (is a dream for many people), you can see our family here http://www.katarsis.org and understand our stile of dance.
you never contact me. if you want I am here to talk. we are making this dream together with a lot of associations and artists.
if you want to talk bad, fist you have to know the reality of the happy festival ( sorry but my English is not my mother tong)
all the artist read careful "All the artist" are coming for a nice feeling, are coming because understand and believe in the katarsis organization. and know us or know our friends. if you are not our friend you are welcome. this is for free of course.
katarsis is a team in ibiza and we really enjoy days and days dancing. and now we have the possibilities to dance in the beach, and show every body our stile to enjoy .
this is an invitation for every body ¡¡

Well Sandro...1st of all I'd like to know why you say someone with criticism and some questions talks bad and is an enemy of spun right away....that's kinda over the top don't u think? I can't stand what they stand for musically but I'm cool with their crew and have known many of 'm for years, so that's a bit to say weird I think, but well...your opinion I guess. Next to that I'm personally sick and tired of all the hippietalk and spaceblah blah about things being a dream and everybody coming to play for nothing...it's bollox if you ask me !!! I'm pretty sure (and so are you probably) some of those major names on your festival will charge you big money....and that all the rest of the artists that play for free are paying for that and I personally think it's just not the way things should be...but well, fine with me though, people who wanna get milked like that and get abused for the benefit of others, or are simply satisfied with little...then go ahead. I do wish u all a good festival but personally I'm not interested to get abused....have fun though
