All i know mine was caused by a sound injury(exposed to loud music) a year ago...so what i am asking is : does anyone else has this problem or is it just me...and if u do how do you cope with it? has it affected your party going habbits? i know for sure i cant attend a party until 2 weeks after the party have passed just so my ears get some rest.

inside your inner ear you have the colchelea where u have millions of tiny hairs each one responsible to "catch" a sound freq. if u brak one of them u will listen that freq. for all your life or just never listen it again( jaramogi case  ). if u starting listening and dont stop is exactly tinnitus u are talking about.(e.g. exposing to much time to that freq. "e.g. 1khz is everywhere", or by exposing to very loud music) u can break those hairs or basically thei going to get used and go away, as much as u use them. usually because ppl preceive much better high freq. when they get older, there preception of high freq. is affected by the use they had during all their life of sound exposition. most of old ppl dont even here 17Khz anymore. (e.g. t.v in stand by)
So watch out for your hears! u can alway have hear tampons with you for those moments of too much exposition to sound or loud sounds.
Did u know that there are some people that actually killed them selves because they went crazy with the buzzing sound constantly in there heads. that can drive u crazy. be carefull.
