as good , i would say even better !

would be nice to get some eqs in the same league, i think filter and i/o emulation take lot lot of cpu.. so i doubt it s for anytime soon we get eq that sound really close to some great analog ones..but hopefully i m wrong

tried it briefly ,a bit disapointed with the tube part that seems to lack something (depth ,sounding real..) but really enjoyed the desk mode..need to try more maybe it s just cause of the material i tried it on and with not so great monitoring condition..

for subbtle or use on buss ect it might be really good, but for tube saturation on a lead for example i compared to my vulture that is in totally different league, transients rounded nice, big depth , organic ect, plug sound 1/5 maybe 2/5 as good on test i did , not kidding but plug is still great and it s probably not his strengh..even if it still sound decent for this

fond it funny cause i twkead the plug for like 20 minutes carrefully all settings on a tal 101 resonant lead..i turn on the vulture turn 2 knobs and bam sound dope

well it's kind of obvious comparing a €20 plugin with a €2000 piece of hardware. the software still has a long way to go. i swear most of the people going on about the latest software eqs and comps have never heard decent analogue outboard...

i finally had time for a longer play with IVGI today, and liked it a lot, on single drums and drum bus. gain staging is important though, with the trim, output gain, and drive controls all essential for getting the right sound. i really love the desk mode, the others not so much. could definitely see it ending up on a client's project at some stage.           http://hermetechmastering.com : http://www.discogs.com/artist/Gregg+Janman : http://soundcloud.com/babaluma

i was expecting more with the tube mode considering dc8c sound quality ,a bit dispaointed with this but it still great and will probably usefull , great plug with all the mod (desk yeah ! need to try the 2 others..) and at that price it s no brainer !

demoing satin i didn t try it for creative use or pushed but for subblte enhancement of a mix i find it good on the mix i tested it .. on some settings color in the mids kinda reminded me distressor dist3 with that kind of polished hifi plastic sheen sound that i like for some stuff

after demoing the slate plugs that is good but not really wowed me i find satin a good surprise .

api 2500 plug + this on the master bus great analog mojo

guys about satin and uhe stuff in general..from my experience when buying their plugs during their intro price there is no money to loose... you can resell them later at the same price there is so much demends on kvr.. just saying if you re thinking to get it but not sure..
