one of my other comps that i like is ubk1 ,there is nothing really like it in native...it use the ubk fasto compression curves that are fine tuned from the original fatso to be more usefull for mixing ,these 2 are keeper .

I must say after some using it the thing is really really nice, especially for the price! Very clean! And the saturation is also quite nice I must say!!! Thank you for pointing it out!           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

New version of Klanghelm DC8C compressor plugin just released. Free upgrade for current users, only €20 otherwise. With this and the freeware TDR Feedback Compressor II, you basically have all compression bases covered, at extremely high quality, for an unbelievable price. Klanghelm's VU plugin comes extremely close to my hardware Crookwood VU meters in ballistics and is also highly recommended! I also tried the freeware IVGI saturation plugin for the first time yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised at just how analogue it sounded. Gotta keep supporting these amazing and low priced indie developers!

in cool bud, been battling depression, but managed to modulate my way out it......lol

the sat sounds wicked on the new tal bassline,
my new fav plug. amazing in every way....
sits perfectly next to the mod rack

the saturation plug really brings a nice warble to resonance on filters.
apparently its a sat model thats hes not gonna use in his next plugin

new dc8c is a bit of a ccomplished coding imo....
would be nice if the sat modes had a bit of an eq tilt for transient tickling

albums been completely zeroed on the mixers, flattened
took out every plug, fx chain, bus ,eVERYTHING

just using Tal, Aalto, Synplant and maschine , running in presonus ( which were gonna drop for harrison)uad , Klangheim plugs and Valhalla vintage
and the modular

Loooots of work to be done, but totaly worth it i think ( dontr aqsk the other guy)

so its been a few month of a PURE FM learning curve ( exponentially....lol)

been doing some nice stuff with Aalto for pads, really different.....wow just checked 1000 post ( this one )

good luck for your album mate can t wait to ear some tunes

FBCompII and IVGI made it on to one of the new Padmasana track masters last week. Love IVGI, can't wait for the full version! Very minimal settings, just a little bit of saturation, slight smiley curve EQ, sounded great!

yep. using it as my mix glue compressor as well,

im kinda AMAZED that this thread doesnt get more posts.

this is real value for money, also great for learning good compression skills as well

maybe its the graphics that gets it skipped over,??           Â°Â°Â°ACTS 4:12°°°°

most people do not believe affordable can be as good as (pirated) "high end" vsts.
