Once again, tastes tastes tastes...

Another thing on the trance scene - many tranceheads call all other music - house...
Like "it's not trance - it's house and it sux!" and so on...
House music is VERY different. + You have like the prog scene there too and so on...
My 2 cents :)

I used to have a roomate who was into house.
we used to argue on the type of music 2 play )
now i can listen to house and even enjoy it sometimes, but will not buy a house cd (saving my money 2 the good stuff..) and there's no way i could dance to that music... i mean...hardcore dance... its just too heavy

Well, Zombi, I think some ppl (incl. some we both know) would disagree with you and would actualy be offended 'cause they danced there, and they never dance to house music
It was close to house, I admit, and it does show that they co-exist. As long as ppl didn't label what was played there as house, they danced to it and enjoyed. If you'd told them that it's house they would have set down aside and had complained about the music

guys, synchro's set, just for the clarification, was a mix of dutch club trance (Junkie XL, BXR records), french Acid Techno and Synchros own psy trance. the only psy track he played that wasn't his was by Yumade.

I just wanted to add that i personally appreciate all kinds of talents, and it doesn't matter to which scene the artist belongs. It maybe BT {I have all of his albums + Singles} it can be DJ Shadow, Aphex Twin , Roni Size or Massive Attack.
The labels just don't matter           Everyone in the world is doing something without me
