@ Anyer, I mean that more and more artists see through Shitali and find him to be a scammer, so no one really works with him anymore, and this thread helped to make people aware. It's a good thing, not only for artists, but also for legitimate labels! Sorry to hear about that Gizmo!

"Usually I prefer to solve this kind of problems personally, but in this case I have no choice but to write this post.
Unfortunately the remix of Singularity by Liran - Mr.What cannot be released because Thomas Vitaly, the owner of the label Synergetic / Plasquam (owner of the license of my track Singularity) decided that he is going to take advantage of this situation and to ask copyrights for other tracks of mine that do not belong to him. In other words he wants to bind me with other contracts in exchange for the license of the remix. This, of course, is not an acceptable offer for this kind of license matters and needless to say that as an artist I cannot allow to accept. Although we offered him a very generous price for this license (much more than it's acceptable in these cases), he refused and the problem has not been resolved.
Thomas threatened me not to write this post by closing my fb page, but It's important for me to share this post with you in order to avoid any harm in the future with these kind of labels."

Sad thing is that over the years you see the label owners come and go, and most of the shady ones seem to be able to ride it through the years.
Goes to show which domain the music "business" resides in.
