Why do people still release with scums like him? I fail to understand it. Blame yourself when you've been warned for years about him and others.           www.beatagency.dk

You have a point. Neurobiotic did say they re-licensed the tracks to Planet BEN and there was me thinking its good ol' Ben Wierzoch behind it...

Oh well, live and learn.

Every artist who works with a label should tell that label to avoid T.V. and boycott his labels. This way the labels can give back to the scene... because T.V.'s greed is destroying the scene... and the labels with it...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

Hello all

Just as a reminder to those of you who have releases on any Plusquam sublable, and want to cancel the contract :

You have a point in your contract that states you will receive every 6 months statements for your releases. If you don't receive these within the period stated in the contract, Thomas has violated your contract and it's therefore no longer valid.
Write him a email or letter, explaining the breach of contract and ask him to take these songs offline within 30days from all stores. Send also a copy of this letter / email to his digital distributor. If you don't know who this is, send me an email to "media atttth soniccube dotttth ch". I don't read my pm here on IT often.

If TV tell you, you are wrong, don't believe that and keep pushing the digital distributor by letting him know, that you will take legal actions against him as well. I assure you, they will take your stuff offline a.s.a.p.

For those of you who want me to handle this for you, send me a email explaing you hired me to handle your rights. I'm not far away and i know a few people in the Hamburg area where TV lifes (he does not live in Munich). They will do some magic for a few bucks .

Simply there is no label ecosystem for psy, 90 of what is standing seems owned by this guy.

How much does he is selling by the way? probably peanuts.           "The dedication to repetition — the search for nirvana in a single held tone or an endlessly cycling rhythm — is one of electronic music's noblest gestures."

Yaron, this dude here is cheating artists out of money, $! €!£!¥!
Even Shekels... As a true Jew you of all people should understand the difference of political opinion versus stealing another persons art.
It is one thing to differ with someone's political opinion!
It is another thing if someone fucks up our trance scene through greed! And it is yet another thing to blow up the ego so far out of proportion that someone gets killed in the process.
The comment in the other thread by me was honestly not directly aimed at you, it was aimed at the moron who threatened to go to England and beat up and even kill a dreadlock dude who happens to be a friend if mine, someone who made a Facebook group directly aimed at bullying and discrediting someone who's father happened to be Jewish for his differing political opinion, now unless it was you who did the deeds mentioned above I did honestly not direct this comment in the other thread at you, why can't you accept that?

Are you really still holding this grudge? Maybe it is time to take a deep breath and let it go. Otherwise it's weight will push you down and make you unhappy, and I for one don't want that.

Shalom!!!

Greetings, Upavas
