hey.. has anyone come across the 'Middle Pillar' techniques on meditation..
have a very similar style to chakra but goes the other way around.
has anybody discovered anything or recommend any books etc..?

well "a separate reality" is ofcourse one of them also "the teachings of don juan" , "art of dreaming" & a couple more , dont remember at this moment but do know the next one am gonna read from his works would be "tales of power" and "the eagles gift "

Paramahansa yogananda was truly a man of God, I've been practicing his lessons and meditation techniques for 6 years and they have wholly changed my life, thanks to him I resolved to start my on way back to God and it has only brought, bliss and blessings to my life, now i can't conceive my life without the guiding of my dear guru and God, they are always in my heart.
I'd like to end the post with a quote from yogananda himself that makes me always remember what's the real meaning of life.
The real purpose of human life is to develop the sublime willpower and focus it the way it was intended, to meet God

autobiography of a yogi is a special synthesys of all religions,an open minded spiritual view that unites..
blisfull read
yogananda is one of the great masters of hummanity,their list of wisdhom have so much enlighted persons,liberated souls who share knowledge and bliss to those who respect them.
A book of realisation and meeting with so much hidden saints of the world history,is amazing to learn about all those spiritual experinces.
All those lightfull evoluted beings are responsible for our spiritual awakenings.
Personnaly I love to explore the divine list of all these wise masters, gurus,saints..the more I search the more I learn and meet all of them..
They all serve humanity!
We all have our own special inner master who whisper on us with guidance and protection,our being of light,but we also have one guru somehwere out there that who we maybe find him one day in future,or maybe the guru finds us the right time,depends from our own personal spiritual growth and from how much ready are we to accept Him..maybe even in next life who knows,are we ready to learn?
