Just gonna throw it out there that I have heard from some people rather largely involved with the scene in my area of the world that Aleph Zero are not as perfect as Bodhi seems to think.
It's very simple, have you seen any successful business in the world that is perfectly nice?
Business 101 is that you have to work hard to stamp out your competitors & ensure everything is done your way or else you lose out financially.
Aleph Zero IMO are an underground label doing quite well despite the current music market, which suggest they have a lot of control over what they are doing and this includes control of the artists on their label.
I'm not saying anything is wrong with this, if you want to be successful in this world you really do have to be an asshole a lot of the time, but I don't think a fan should be putting out comments lie "and Shahar and Yaniv are very nice" if they have not dealt with them on a professional level because this is not a fact at all and misleading maybe to young artists looking to deal with them.

I really tried to be nice, but you give me no choice.
Ppl, I locked that thread, and the rest of the drama threads because of the fact that half of the people/aliases (6 different ones) writing there came from the same IP address (the one Tyler is using). And they were from both "sides" of the "argument". Another heavy participant was, as with all threads involving Tyler, the above tony4007 who seems to me to be overly involved in any thread that has to do with Tyler. Some of these users have been used to slander other musicians and labels in other threads as well, recently.
This fitted well with the other weirdness that was prevailing in these threads, and gave me the feeling this is all just an abuse of the forum and this community by someone who's lost it a little.
Now, double aliases can be fun, and are ok to a certain extent, but when something like this happens it just kills the forum. I didn't want to humiliate anyone so I just locked it.
If I may quote myself on a PM I wrote to one of the few users that wrote me about it:

I like this section, it's one of the only reasons I still frequent this forum, really, even though I "own" it. There are good people here who really love music and I enjoy reading what they write and listening to music they recommend. I don't want it turned into spamland and troll arena. As for the 'oligarchy' accusation, I said it a few times, but people don't seem to get it. I don't derive any wealth from any of my activities with music, be it Isratrance (that actually have been costing me money for more then a decade now) or my labels. There is no real money in music for 99% of the people involved in it, as Tyler so sadly suddenly discovered. I do this because I love music and because I love people. There is no hidden agenda, and no I'm not after the "power" it gives me (some power that is... hehe...). That is hard for most people today to understand, I realize that, but that's the truth.

Just want it to be known that my entire point was to state that from what I have hear A.Z runs like a business and that is difficult, requiring difficult decisions that often come across to there people negatively.
I do not know anyone from the label personally and there for my statement should be taken as such, as should Bodhi's.

I VERY strongly disagree with this. Yeh it might be fun for the people "pretending, and fucking around", but for people like me, it makes me think this forum is just full of shit, if not indeed the whole scene tbh. As above so below, and all that jazz.
But anyway this whole affair has left a bad taste in my mouth, considering I can't really trust much posted on this forum it seems. Well it just makes me sad inside, at such a bunch of pathetic kids.

V3NOM, I agree, no one is perfect. But, Aleph Zero are trying to be be as good as possible, and I think that they manage to do it

Well I think / hope that it was quite obvious to everybody who watched the recent androcell related threads, that someone has been using several different identities in order to create a mess ( probably androcell himself ).
This is indeed sad.

Normally, I'm one of those people who disagrees with thread locking. This whole Androcell thing is just stupid and out of proportion. Probably is best if these threads are locked and can just sink into obscurity. I think that anything that needed to be said has and that all that's left is speculation and whining, which really doesn't serve any positive purpose on here. Since I'm playing armchair forum admin, I'll add that I'd also IP ban those multiple accounts sharing the same IP for these "discussions" if they continue to create new threads. If that doesn't stop it, I'd round up all involved and beat then with a sock full of soggy sausages.

It isn't just Tyler doing this, at least three or four other israforumers do this regularly, and I now suspect Shahar has also been engaging in the same nefarious activity.
I wonder how many times they big up their own release, or put down someone they disagree with, or slag off the "competition", making themselves look better, laughing at their own jokes, and the "saps/fools" with only one identity, who are just too naive and innocent to play such pathetic games. Maybe never, but it makes me wonder, and tbh I shouldn't have to, and neither should anyone else have to.

Sorry, Shahar, but oligarchy doesn't have to necessarily derive from wealth, but it most certainly almost always derives from "power". My statement is that you do try to "rule" and "censor" this place and that defies what constitutes a democratic "forum" in the greek sense. Nothing "socially equal" here when you decide to lock a thread that did NOT have any drama (e.g. - Androcell "remix packages" for sale)

I'm glad I was able to push your buttons to the point for you to disclose that you DO monitor IP addresses. I figured as much going into this whole game as it was to be expected. Kept wondering WHY it took this long for you to say. Fortunately, I proved that this "power" is not handed over to the underling mods. I duped them so hard their heads were spinning.  I am NOT in the least bit shamed nor embarassed in my actions. It drives a solid point home that people can and should get emotionally invested in the MUSIC but never should become emotionally invested in the musician who, for most, is no different than a stranger on the street corner that they pass by without giving much thought at all.

And for the record, folks, your private information was NEVER compromised. I personally handled every order whether digital or CD that has come through my e-mail and website. If you were responded to then it was ALWAYS me. Rest easy. I'm more grass roots than ANY other artist will ever try to be. Don't let the Bluetech's and Ott's fool you. Haven't seen anyone slagging Ott for him NOT handling his own promotions and sales because he's "too" busy.
I HAVE NEVER been too busy for you, my true fans. You know who you are.
If you sent a donation and did not follow it up with a personal e-mail I always took it as
a.) you pirated, illegally downloaded, or copied the music and wanted to make up for it
b.) the contribution itself spoke volumes over having to portray it through words
Just know that if and when you E-MAIL me that it has always been and always will be me. I give people the personal respect they deserve when contacting me PERSONALLY.
Oh, and my cousin did visit for awhile here and I did give him a go at rattling the cage with me and speaking his mind. So sue me if he used my computer in my home, hence, the same IP address. Go figure.
Although he complained about the lack of electric guitar power chords and understandable lyrics in my music.

I'm sure many will assume the letter is pure forgery and that is perfectly rational given the events of things past. But I personally will rest easy knowing that SHAHAR knows he sent that back in 2004 from his beloved homeland.

If you ever saw a piece of promotional material from Celestial Dragon about my projects *I* designed it. If you ever saw a write up from CDREC about my projects *I* alone wrote it or on one occasion asked a friend to offer up their viewpoint because the label always expected me to come up with everything. It always felt a bit narcissistic. I always had to ask "Can we do this to promote? Shouldn't we do that to promote? The best thing that label did for me was put MONEY up. So when Pete Pan, who from my experience is a pill-popping, alcoholic wanna-be shaman, says they made his dreams come true, what he meant was they put MONEY behind his lackluster music.
CDREC put out some very questionable releases which I think helps play more into the fact of why it went under. Hell, my own music falls into that category in my opinion. I was a wanna-be music artist.
I had to use a label login to promote "objectively" about my and other CDREC artist releases because if I didn't no was else was going to.
Saikosounds OWNs Sonic Dragon and it's subsidiaries just to be clear. They had so much going on and obviously took on too much to understand how to handle it all properly.
They put someone else in charge of handling downloads and that person set up with digital distributors but took ALL the money and ran (or so I was told) I never saw one cent for downloads from the label. And they would complain that the music wasn't selling at a rate they had hoped. Always dragging their feet to share sales figures with me when I would send e-mail after e-mail wanting to know. When I inquired about Efflorescence sales at one point they said "It's sold out" I settled a re-print with them for $350 measly dollars because I wanted to buy an iPod Touch 2gen to be one of the early users of TouchOSC. Haha, I turned Adham Shaikh onto it and he was very grateful for that.
If people want to think that my SHARING of FACTS is slandering, then I'm guilty as charged.

I am confused as to what the letter was meant to signify, and in what context it was put forth as evidence?
Sounds like a classic case of "enlightenment through disillusionment" to me, or at least it was in my case in regards to the "psychedelic trance scene".
Anyway seems like the lasagna is flying tonight!
