OPINIONS ARE LIKE ASSHOLES EVERYONE HAS ONE!!

Shame on you Seth.

Everyone knows this is nothing more than pure and well done marketing, but this is screwing the scene. I´m sure theres in Brasil a lot of pro DJs that could, and deserved be at Yasser´s place, so why Spun still pick him? Well. . the scene is changing, its not hard to see, but what can I expect next? Maybe Priscilla Hanzi @ TIP Recs? It wont be a surprise. .

Why Spun picked him...Well, since Spun is a record label, one out of two possibilities: They need Yasser to come up with their next compilation, or even more interesting, perhaps he is about to release his first track. Or album. Which, I suspect, is part of a devilish plan devised by the recording labels to generate a denial of service by soulseek servers and the likes, through overcrowded bandwidth.

Hey, i want to give my opinion in this topic! I guess no one better then his father or mother to know what is better to him! Definetely i think he didnt drop school to be a dj, he is probabily doing both! I also think it doesnt matter if he is seeing a lot of people on drugs at parties, this is not going to make him use! He can turn or not to a drug boy, it depends of a lot of things...Its like a dad smoking cigaretes at home, sometimes the kid start smoking and sometimes the kid start hating, it depends! He is not loosing his times of kid, definetely not, i think the situation will make him get mature faster then other kids....just that! Nothing better then a good education and keep always explaining and showing the kid what is going on around him!He needs to know how to deal with the situation, his dad is always with him, what is better then that to a kid??When the right age comes, he will be very mature to know what is good or for him!And camonn people, lots of young kids start using drugs AT SCHOOL...i guess its the easyest place to drugs stuff! So, i saw someone talking about protection, noOne better then his father company to protect him!He is not going to try some drug with his dad around.....but with friends, who knows??!!
He is a lucky boy, and i guess he is got a good future on the scene! If he was my son i would let him do it and i would be with him everywhere, explaining and teaching him things! The world is bigger then this my friends!
Hey Yasser, best wishes kid, take it easy!

electric bungalow and jota you are missing the point ,it was not done as a marketing starategy we just saw an amazing dj play after bansi and we thought it qould be great to sponsor him he isnt releasing anything and isnt compliling anything we just wanted to give a young kid a chance he is not the first super young dj in the scene but many of you havent been around so long there have been others stop making such a big deal YOU guys have turned this into marketing we just see it a a chance to have a bright future imagine how good he will be when his 17???i dont see all of you bitching about junya??he was brought into the scene a age 7 so tell me eb,detox, luiz and jota
what about eskimo and juvenile both have been around party since they were toddlers??PEOPLE open your minds a bit seems like trance is working in reverse on some of you peace seth

Ok. I was just fooling around a little bit. Before LP imposes a denial of service on me, (or dispatches me to some loony house), allow me to sum up all this into some form of opinion:

1) - I still think those parties are not a proper place for a toddler like Yasser to be at. I do think his parents are placing him into jeopardy. Yes schools are dangerous places too, but they´re unavoidable and necessary. Raves are neither. If I´d had children, I wouldn´t allow them near one till they´d be at least 15/16 years old, when some basic moral criteria and character have been imprinted on their personalities, and their bodies have achieved some sort of natural protection (or have more endurance) against several forms of abuse that take place in those environments.

2) - I can only talk about what I´ve seen & heard. Never heard the kid play, but I read and listen about him a lot, which leads me to think there´s quite a marketing effort propelling his career.

3) - When Seth mentions Yasser is not about to release a track/album thru Spun, then the only other thinkable reason to have Spun Rec. associated to yasser´s name is of pure promotional nature, in order to facilitate, thru Spun´s name, reputation and contacts, the boy´s career. And I Know no name for that practice other than plain marketing. Which is not a bad thing at all, nothing against it, but it is marketing.

4) - No chemically induced trips for me. haha..I trip around spontaneously. You may call it self-combustion.

Every one knows how school is good for children and also play games and stuff!
Of course there is drugs BUT...
YANTRA: do u think it is like a RAVE??! Hey, wake up, u must be dreaming!
Every child must enjoy them childhood, coz it is a important thing in our lives and it never come back, unfortunatly.
Thanks god my parents didn`t put me playing or doing something that wasn`t my choice, just to save money!

That`s all folks!

Do u think a child has maturity to decide anything?!
Let me tell u a history:
Do u know Anderson Noise?! He became dj when his brother (Alvinho Little Noise) was a kid and decided to be a dj too...he didn`t let his brother play, just in home (like i said before like "HOBBY").
So, when he graduate Anderson gave him the permission to play at parties!
Anyway...

I am not discussing about Yasser or blablabla i am just saying what i think it`s correct!
If he enjoys or not nevermind IMO he is not prepared to decide.

I`ve already said everything i wanted so, this is my last reply on this post!

I think its very simple: Yasser has a bright future and because Spun see that they want to "own" him now before anybody steal. He should be something like Shanti or Junya...

and im sure Shanti and Junya saw also drugs when they were child, so...

i'm more looking for the first Yasser compilation @ Spun...

Well Marcelinha, that was my opinion, he could be at school and hv never been to a rave and go to the drugs anyway, i just think this is not going to influence him.
He is not missing his times of child, thats bullshit.....
Just my point!
