Kakoo I dont think you're right, they have different styles - X-noise made it his way which is not the Delta's way but I'm sure that who like X-noise style would love this track.
about the Legal & Ethical questions, we need more details to judge - if they did changed some samples and then got the Delta guys approval I guess its fine           Follow the footsteps ...

Yes ok, but I assume that Marcus, Arne or Wayan can value the quality of a track even if it is not 100% their style.. "who likes X-Noise" is not the problem (egoistic statement, if you ask me.. but don't take it personal please ^^).. Again, I would have worked the remix more, in such a situation..

KakoOlalaJwal, can u imagine the sutuation when some author don't like a remix coz he's just had a furious quarrel with his wife or just didn't really sleep all night coz of the noise from the upper floor with some freaks listening Skazi? In this case, should we stay without this track or just send some good vibes to the author of original, wishing him all the best? =)

(and besides, authors are not gods, uh? "media is the message", they call it post-modernism..=) )

Here basically they are three people.. Not a single person but three people who surely have discussed together about it.. I am sorry but I see here a lack of calling oneself in question.

But Please don't think I have anything against X-Noize here.. It's just the "situation" I'm dealing with, ok ?           .

But what is more important, anyway - the opinion of the authors or the joy of the listeners? Imo it's obvious that the latter..

Nice try guys but next time when an artist doesnt want you to remix one of his tracks then just dont remix it, or if you remix it then just dont be so lame and release it under a different name, just keep it and play it in your sets or live perfomances or something.

Usually, when remixing takes place it is a deal between the artist that wrote the original track ( usually a big hit by itself ) and artist that want to remix that track. Needless to remind you that many times the remixer get a lot of 'glory' for remixing the original track ( especially when u deal with anthem such as 'As A Child' ).

Tracks that remixed without agreement by the two sides, should be kept in unreleased section forever as I believe and as common sense looks like. I never heard the track of Utopia 2 compilation. As I know the original and the remix itself, it is definitely not enough to remove the speech, there are the pads, the guitar riffs and the groove section, that are copying the Delta track.

I would say that releasing in this way is highly questionable, and it is nothing that has to do with the 'Joy of the listeners' as someone said. For the 'Joy of the listeners' u have Emule - get the track from there.

this track is a rip off !!!
shame on u x noise ...
releasing (making money!!!!) without the author agreement AND under a new name in order no get problems (this is called stealing)
and people, don't think they deserve respect because they made that without original files .... everyone can put the delta track on wavelab, and cutt the guitar sample when is played alone in the original , that's 1 minute job .......

lame, lame , lame...

it's "blastering" because of the original stolen samples .... take off all the delta samples, and what will be left is a good kick bass still playing the same notes as the delta track.....
lame...

i have to agree with this... this is something new in our genre - i hope not to see it again... its one thing to rip another genre where the artist isnt even present - kinda makes it "more ok" in the stealing sense if there is such a thing... but this is a new level.
i made a remix to das boot (although its not of release quality - i would never think to release it because i dont have permission and i totally ripped a small section from the original track)... making money on this is a bit - ummm questionable ethically.           "On the other hand, you have different fingers."
