where is that new gathering spot for the party scene other than the all too famous ibiza-goa-pangan?

just out of curiosity (well maybe more than just), there's always been a new and exciting burgeoning party scene evolving in nice paradisaical locations around the world (maybe the majority tends to be on beaches??)
but (excuse me if i am just being the dude 'not in the know') i haven't heard of any places that garnered as much attention as the 3 localities i've mentioned on the subject...
so, if possible, i'd like to hear peoples opinion of any 'currently' sweet, hot and growing party paradises in the world that you've heard of!
ps of course this is all with the intention of planning my next vacation on visiting it!

i think in north india and around the Himalaya in these region the nature ,athmosphere and ppl is propice for great parties .. but have no idea haven t been there yet maybe next year hopefully |

thnx for the reply! yes japan does have nice parties, but no area where it is 24 hours, 7 days a week music and dance lifestyle unfortunately...

Himalayan party utopia would sound fascinating! do you know of any specific towns, areas??

Unfortunately there are no 24 hrs parties (maybe once in a while with private gatherings) but nothing big going on in Manali and neighbouring areas. A few parties happen but they are very small. It is def not party paradise but a beautiful magical place.

guessing that manali is an awesome place with a lot of party peoples hangin out year round!
but maybe not the party utopia where you can just bask in the party atmosphere any time, any day all year long though?
hmm, perhaps there is nowhere on earth where there is a small town/city that can just thrive and is self-sufficient mainly just on the trance dance vibe...

I heard of Hippie villages in the Nepalese Himalaya, but not sure, if that is right. And I don`t know, if there are Goa Parties too. |

I have been to some brilliant 24+ hour parties around the M25 in the UK and in squat parties inside London...that was in the mid 00's tho, dunno if the party scene in the UK is anything like it was in the recent past. But it was great to go to a squat party and see Man With No Name play!
But parties in Bracknell forest and Lyminge forest where a blast! Line up included Tristan, George Barker, Shakta, Aphid Moon, Shane Gobi...to name but a few!

^^^ cosmo festival in UK is a well organized festival, i think this is there 4th or 5th year and the orgs are doing a good job...

I wish if there is a colony of people existing as shown in the movie The Beach. I would one day maybe love to do that just enjoy and chill.

already seen something like this on tv, i think it was in india or around himalya maybe nepal... a village in the forest or jungle with only freaks from all around the world that went their to live, i guess they have good parties the week end, maybe not psy trance maybe more ethnic trance music,natural trance , 70s psy music a bit of all this dunno.. |
