Downloads arent killing psytrance.

Lack of creativity is whats is going to kill it.

defintly not creativity is the problem

dont tell me u listen to the 17 years old narkpsy or some clowns labels that have formula lol then i will understand what u talking about , but just ban those from anywhere..
in israel nature parties (thats my 'domestic' measurement) XXX (random mega commercial fullon) is no star at all with all respects to the charts , but you are - then simply the people know whats really good and what is only "good" for charts and made by promotion rather then music

but you know what its good place to mention to peaple

if you buy cds of the labels you like then you support them in a way that they can produce more and more stuff like this but if not they will shut down like many many others!

thats only simple reason and math
but i dont think i should ask peaple to buy anymore , good for me that i do it and im happy with it thats it           www.sattelbattle.com

Bad music is killing psytrance. Oh yea, and you can find threads from 1999 that psytrance is dead. So it's not killing psytrance, unless it's been dying for the past 10 years.

Honestly? If I make music and call it "trance" this doesnt mean that it will be "trance" to everybody who is into it.

This statement makes me shudder and I'm not totally sure why.

All the albums I have that have stayed with me the longest are the ones I bought without listening... there's nothing like the feeling of getting an album that you've been waiting to be released for months home from the store and playing it for the first time.

Very true...

Moreover if someone doesnt like the album and doesnt want to keep it for collectiom purposes, she/he can always sell it....if this would happen the 2nd hand market would serve has a good, inexpensive source of buying music and enlarge the scene...

I don't see the problem with ripping cd's online.

it's a reality.

You can either cry and complain about it and get no where, or adjust and use it to your benefit some how....
