There is nothing even remotely psychedelic or free about blindly following gurus or "superhumans" like Goa Gil. Heck, he even said in the interview that his "followers" shouldn't him up on a pedestal where he doesn't belong.
I don't see why his parties are more "true" or "real" than any other good-spirited party in the outdoors, and even though I can't really say that I fancy the style of music he is playing, and nor do I plan on attending any of his +150 BPM 24 hour dancefloor massacre parties, but he seems to be consistent in what he's doing, and true to his own beliefs. If people want to join the parties and have fun, go ahead

couldnt care less about gil, just another western trash that found his opportunity to appeal to someone in goa and now is desperately trying to survive selling his cheap image, cause there isnt anything else he could do besides that

What is wrong with worshiping someone ??
let me explain to you with an example
Im not sure if uve heard of sai baba or not
but hes another person considered to be a reincarnation by many people
and a LOT of people have faith in him and worship him like god.
Dunno if u know this , but a few years back a scandal broke down in
south india , where it was reported by a follower that sai baba had
asked the follower to engage himself in sexual activity , or something of
that sort, i dont remember cleary.All his followers were utterly devestated
and agonized by his actions!! A person who they beleived to be a superhuman
could commit such a plebian common mistake or a taboo or wateva u wanna say.
Same goes for the members of the church , the minsiters the popes
who r beleived to molest children , or wateva is tht they do.And the same
goes for saddhus !!and the same story for gil.you'll hear plenty of rumors conrtadicting his official image like pointed out earlier.U gotta get rid of that
word superhuman from your vocalubary , cause its gonna create SUPER confusion.
ALL human are designed by the same DNA CODE ! and every design has its personal flaw !!
worship is a word invented , for devotion towards god.and to me god is the source of all the energy in the universe
And if u think that source of energy has reincarted itself in some human being , then ur correct in worshipping it
I for one , personally feel thts impossible.
People might have healing powers or other qualities , but thts just their uniqueness !!
And YES , GIL IS NOT A GENUINE SADHU!! ,,, watch the footage urslef carefully
and he mentions tht the main ideology of a saddhu is to go in complete seclusion
and detatch himself from the materialistic world , or the tribal game.
SO do u think charging 1000$ dollars at a party , qualifies as detatchment from
the materialistic world ?? I dont think so
ANd do u think playing music for 24 hours at a gathering qualifies as a superhuman activity and super service to mankind ???
do u think other human beings , like doctors , engineers , scientists etc etc are all
brainwashed souls providing no service to mankind ???
You gotta get rid of this notion , The whole fuckin its cool to be a saddhu , smoke chillums
meditate and stand on your head or feet ten years.
I feel its an effective but obsolete technique.These methods were adopted by people in past buddy
where there was no modern technology.
With the incredible technology and plants like NASA , LSD , psilocybin etc etc its ridiculous to go in seclusion
and try to find god with old and obsolete methods.There r many swami's who have participated
in psychedelic experiments , and have admitted tht the chemicals and plants produced the most
spiritual and religious experiences they have ever come across.And dont forget tht its the psychedelic
drugs tht about the awareness of self being amongst the hippies and goa gil , and then came the
meditation , conversion to hinduism and the great respect for inner and outer space.
so think for yourself brother , and ask yourself these questions !!

One is Satya Sai Baba from South India, the other Sai Baba of Shirdi
Pls don;t enlighten ppl with incomplete knowledge........silence is super-bliss better than trying to blabber out bricks...
