I also read this after buying a ZMA distributed Vertigo release "The Sacred Tree". I'm really sorry to hear about this guys, if I had known, I wouldn't have ordered the cd. It really upsets me too, because I try to support the labels and artists, by buying cds. Now I feel totally ripped off, and it sucks that it's one of my favorite labels, that this happened to. |

Call me strange but I always thought ZMA's logo looked a little bit fishy...
Best idea so far mentioned is legal action...
And if that takes too long... just kick his ass.

AS one foot groove has said we have not recieved anything for my release...
I am trying to get a gig in greece so while i am there i can hunt the thing down( he aint human and should not be treated as one)...
Sorry for the rant...
On a lighter note our new release will be out the end of april... look out for it on saikosounds as they are our new distrbutor and are treating us very well....

usually when u are accussed of something and u have right on your side the most common thing to do is reply to the accusations. from the other hand if u're "guilty" most common thing u do is dissapear. the best thing vertigo can do..........
