Look man i m from Greece and maybe i can ask about your situation and who you have to call in case you want to take legal actions . And believe me the economy department of greek gov. loves situations like that, somebody earns money from something that legal doesnt belong to him. Its illegal and you can just scare them with the legal actions cause if this happen they gonna go to the ZMA and search EVERYTHING and if they find other "things" also the fines are gonna be very high hear, higher than the money that own you :) |

WOW!
Now days is hard to trust we labels we do our hardest job to give everything we can to the artists and when the few sales we get are being stolen it fucks us even more!
Beatspace Distribution i highly recommend Giuseppe and his team is very professional and many labels are very happy with his works

Having been involved with all of the major distributors from a record shop perspective, I can tell you that Wirikuta know their product and artists better than ZMA or Arabesque.
Vertigo made a giant mistake for themselves when they broke their exclusive distribution contract with Wirikuta and moved to ZMA. I was really surprised when this happened and now it seems clear that ZMA saw a hot new label and conned them out of everything that they were worth.
My advise for lables: Go with Wirikuta. Stay with Wirikuta. If your CDs don't seem to be selling well then you are to blame, not the distributor. This is a classic mistake in perspective for all independant labels regardless of genre. The distributor is there to protect and mail your merchandise, not to make it sell. That is your job as a label.
Beatspace is also doing great work and if I'm not mistaken, Guiseppe came from Wirikuta. Arabesque has a tight warehouse sales operation going and can certainly be trusted, but they do not bring the personal connection with dark music found only with Wirikuta or the new Beatspace. Andrea warned my about ZMA in the very beginning. Anyone who knows about ZMA's history knows that a similar thing happened with Acidance and also Seraphana. What is funny is that Wirikuta is still the distributor for most of the ZMA label releases. ZMA the distributor seems like a slimey joke. Cya guys.
