Hello my friends.
Well, i didn't take any drug about year and i'm so happy being without drugs.
I, personally, think that trance music encourage young people to use drugs,
that's why i try to avoid friends that use drugs on trance partys.
Well the quetion is, how many people use something to get high on trance partys.
on my statistics there is 70%, what do u say?

It's a fact that trance is druggy music. Psychedelic. I think that a good 70% probably dabble. I personally don't bother that much any more, and can quite happily spend 6 hours on a good dancefloor with no chemical assistance. When I used to party all the time it wouldn't be totally unusual of to do 10-15 drops and the best part of a gram of MDMA at a weekender. I just decided that my body/mind weren't up to it any more and I should look after myself. I still do them every now and then, and I go to parties with people who still do loads and who hardly do any and we all get on great.
Young people have always used drugs. For most it's a part of growing up. Let's not forget how much damn fun they can be.
I think most people finds their limits and work out what's good for them and what's not. If they're sensible they'll listen to what their body/mind are telling them, if not, they'll get into difficulties. It's sad that there are casualties along the way, but you know, if you're going to do that sort of thing you've got to be careful.

Ouch! MDMA is sooooo not good for prolonged use.  Takes a while to build up that serotonin again. I've seen lots and lots of casualties of the club circuit who can barely handle their shit anymore. 
Yes, even the 'pure' MDMA. I would use that substance very, very sparingly. Like, once a year. If you want to abuse your brain, go for it, but your body chemistry doesn't have to get messed up, too.

Drugs and psy, psy and drugs. Interesting combination, no doubt. I personally regard psytrance as a drug it self, it changes your state of mind and alters in some degree your bodily functions (heartbeat, breathbeat, pupils may even dilate...). You develop some level of tolerance, u eventually seek harder and harder djs... U cannot ever listen to anything quite as the same. U get hooked...

And that's exactly the reason why I've slowed down. I have no intention of being a casualty, I love parties too much to lose them. I know enough washed up party-heads and becoming one is probably my biggest fear. Good job I've knocked the K on the head too!

In Denmark there's a lot of drugs on the scene. It's nothing new though, but lately the crowd is getting younger and younger, and I've seen kids around 14-15 years of age totally blown away on ecstacy/speed etc. at parties.
If people wan't to take drugs, fine with me. But there is just to many people who do it carelessly, don't do any research before they consume them, and often it ends with a bang. I've seen quite a few people end up with depression because of drugs.
Regarding myself: Yep, I do drugs myself. My favourites are acid and pure MDMA (Ecstacy). I don't do drugs very often though - perhaps 4-6 times a year. I would say that 2-3 times is at parties, and the rest is in more laid back sorroundings with friends, at home, in the nature etc.
I also do my best to reduce the damage of the drugs I consume (also known as Harm Reduction). I owe that to my body and mind

no matter what kind of music.
what u said is bullshit.
ppl do not take E or LSD at home.
at least most of them.
its the party.
not the music.
saying its the music is like helping the pigs that close those parties.
and what have I done to deserve this ?
i dont use drugs.
only weed....
but thats not drugs...

well i sure was very pissed of at samothraki when i heard that they might stop the festival because of the drugs..

why not take drugs to listen the music if the reall music encourages to use it ... that samplers like mdma ecstasy mescaline dmt are in lot lot and a lot of track
ive used it some times but i was always controled in that kind of experiencies cause they can cause u real problems and ruin u live so hv fun in partyes and use the less u can

Well, I used to take loads of acid when I was 14-18... and I had no idea of what trance was back then, just camping, dealing in nature nature´s way, naked waterfall baths, shrooms and sweet luvng... Yep, lot´s of chemicals and entheogenics back then... and now I´m working on less but better doses... god knows one can not stop right away
But this topic should never come up... how about chocolate and dating? peanuts and airplane rides? Milk and mornings?

haaam... thanks for replys people.
Well here is it, i've just back from the party after one year without "real" partys
and drugs. My friends took a weed but i didn't buy even a beer
In the fact, this is my first (good) party without MDMA and i was wondering,
who are real trance fans and who came to party just to have drugs.
it seems like half of them have been listening 'till
yesterday to contry music (Isreal: mizrahit) and here is he today,
shining and tweesting on MDMA. Damn was i like him?

No, don't get me wrong, i love trance music, i live for that shit, but hey man
don't screw my evening.
Anyway, it was nice party, i had lot of fun though 90% was on drugs.

hei confy ,
first of all wako is absolutelly right , it's parties what encourages ppl to take drugs , i guess the majority of ppl tryed their first peel/whatever at a party . some drugs are associated with trance only but it doesn't mean that listening to trance encourages ppl to their usage
second , i think there has 2 be a division to chemicals and smokies . to one that never tryed chemicals they seem both the same , but once u did - u know the difference.
and last but not least , i wouldn't judge ppl so strictly. so what about ppl doing extazy ? lets throw them all out of trance fans club right away ?(these days it would decrease it twice at minimum) who knows , maybe that what is good for him at this stage of living ,for example i was like this back then , but now things are a bit different , let the time to decide ! u know , being sahi balata at a party is a good move ,but don't forget where u came from i'm back from a party in which almost all my friends got high from extzy and lsd , i only smoked (see 2nd) but felt very comfortable with'em all , just another prove it's not all about drugs with ppl that do use drugs.

forgot to give my estimate . i think night time it's 80% , but later on it get closer to 99.9 % . any drugs .
p.s. amount of ppl like u , that not even had a beer , well , at todays party it could be counted on fingers . thumbs up !
