Hello people,

Could anyone suggest any other tracks like OTT - Smoked glass and chrome or Entheogenic - Level One which has Hindi samples?

Try Kukan dub Lagan & gaudi

Gaudi for sure. Try listening to the track called Sufani. Unfortunatelly the track's awesome sample was already used on OTT track's ending called Splitting an Atom I guess.
Also listen to Shulman - Elements, from his 1st album with nice Ravi Shankar samples if I'm not wrong.
Angel Tears also have interesting stuff to be heard, specially from the last album.
Can't actually remember more stuff now, but I'm telling you, it'll be very hard to find a song with high trip samples as Smoked glass and chrome, my favorite of Blumenkraft for sure. Younger Brother - Crumblenaut also suggested

Cheers.

Gaudi - Sufani has sufi chants, Shulman - Elements has sanskrit shlokas and Younger brother's track has "some" voice sample with a heavy use of a vocoder. I was particularly interested to know if any Hindi samples were incorporated onto other tracks.

As a matter of fact, what barizon says is right "it'll be very hard to find a song with high trip samples as Smoked glass and chrome"

try "On Air" by "Midival Punditz" & Son Kite .

In my opinion, this is also a masterpiece.

I knew that Crumblenaut was way different from OTT's track, but Gaudi and Shulman I didn't knew that was way so different from OTT's track from a labeling point of view...

It only makes it harder to find a better song indeed hueheueheu

Try Kraftwerk - Autobahn.

The 22 minute original version I mean, cos there are some bad edits/remix versions about.

It has no Hindi vocal samples - instead it has two guys singing badly in German about a journey on a motorway, but it is the tune which inspired "Smoked Glass and Chrome"

Its way better than any of mine.

I feel so good to hear from you I have to admit its one of the best psychill tracks I've heard in a long, long time. I'm so in love with it, that I recommend it to everyone I know

Surprisingly people having no clue abt psychill also have been falling for the track

Thanks for the suggestion abt Kraftwerk, I'll definitely try and check the tune out           Don't Worry, Stay Trippy!

Was listening to Entheogenic - Pagan Dream Machine and they seem to have the exact same sample from Bob Holroyd - Adrift in Kerala which have been used on OTT - Smoked Glass and Chrome!!

Ofcourse they have some other samples too, but thats one of the samples used. The original song is "Aao Hujoor Tumko Sitaro Mein Le Chalu" from a Bollywood soundtrack somewhere in the late 60's to early 70's.           Don't Worry, Stay Trippy!
