Theres is a rule in the universe, written by the gods of our world. Energy is neutral. If you put energy into something positive there will be a negative effekt on the other side. And if you put energy into positive there will be effects on the negative side too. Everything is ballanced and you will always get the energy back, you had sent out before. There is always Yin and Yang, postive and negative. There is always a mirror which shows you where you stay and what you do from the other perspective. You cant ignore the things which you want to blend out, they will always return to you. maybe sooner, maybe later.
This is the mirror for isratrance. Because I feel some unspoken and tabooistic things which Isratrance tried to blend out but will return on this way back. This is a mirror to Isratrance. Isratrance is a mirror to a big part of the trance-scene. And about the scene this is all about.
The rules in this forum are very easy to learn. I will post here the Top-Isratrance rules for insiders and wannabes.
- The best way to discuss is to avoid a discussion. Go conform with the general opinion and dont show negative vibrations, because thats not plur. If you dont agree with the general power-opinion, you should better shut up or an Isratrance-moderator will say:"has nothing to do with trance" and is going to delete your mind-creations. The best argue is always: "Plur". Say that, everything will be fine then.
- If you dont know how to describe something you like, call it killer. Today every second track is a killer track, no one realy cares that 50% of the actual releases are just shit.
- fullon is the best trance-music ever. this tracks are all "killer".
- proggressive and other creations are boring and is not "kicking ass" enough.
- If you hold a big label and you have contact to young artists, fob them as much as you can, they mostly have not much experiences. Make big promises about livegigs in japan release their best tracks of them and break the contact and dont answer on emails if the youngsters want to have their money.
- If you are a fobbed young artist and want to share your experiences with the community dont post that on the trance-forum. Because thats not plur to show other young artists the real truth of the mafia out there. (remember point 1 for details, "deleted because has nothing to do with trance")
- The mafia is a cool thing, they give you drugs and you give them money. Dont buy CDs with your money because you can get the music even from the internet. Spend your money to the drugs because you cant download them with soulseek. Spending money to the mafia will make our scene grow. plur!
- Everyone is downloading MP3 from the net. Everyone says its bad. But no one of the forum-members would do that offcourse. Dont say that you have done it, too. If you need tracknames to hack them into your netconsole it has been a good way to look into the isra-topten-section. The new top10 rule is a conspiracy of defeatists and tries to avoid such actions. lunge the defeatists!
- Trancedance without taking drugs is a myth. Its not real. If you want to know what trance is, you have to listen to powermusic and eat pills or psychedelics.
- If you want to organize a period of tranceparties in some areas, you have to connect with the drugmafia. Otherwise the mafia will connect you and thats not good for your health. Remember that the trancecrowd pays the money for the mafia, not for the artists. Better be nice to them.
- People who try to tell you that something is not good for you, dont want to help you. They are bastards which want to destroy the fun and killer music. Give a fuck on them. If they say, they try to tell you from another perspective or want to improve, they lie, they are defeatists too!
- If you are an artist and you want to release music, produce a 143-146 bpm track with a VB-1 bassline, melodic-synth-lines and the typical hihat-snare section. make whooshes and fillins at the breaks and put a nice voice-sample into the mainbreak. The people will call it killer. If you want to release creative trancemusic, no one realy cares about it, so dont be creative.

I disagree with you.
I think the point you missed is that the main rule of this forum is: Respect the others opinions and express your own opinions with education.
We just need this one rule, but some people don't follow it for many motives: being childish, not being good with words in english, not thinking twice before pressing the "Quick Reply" bottom, etc...
The guidelines is a way to keep the forum psytrance-oriented. We have lots of other places in the Internet to talk about drugs, politics, mp3 trading, etc... And these topics are where people usually express themselves with more aggression, excessive sarcasm, bragging, etc...
We did not avoid discussion, in fact we have lots of discussions here.
I don't think it's all about saying: "PLUR". It's easy to type PLUR here, what's not so easy is actually show Respect for the other, act Peacefully and be United in the sense of knowing each of our posts is responsible to make this forum better or worse FOR EVERYONE.
I've user, mod and admin in many forums about all kind of stuff all over the internet and one undeniable truth about all forums is: a forum is a reflection of his users. Admins and Mods are just trying to give some direction to the whole thing, but the users what the forums have of most valuable.
