I must tell one thing about djing...your set should have some story and message to the people.Plus never play faster music or totally different music than the dj who play after you |

not a rule but I always have abit of fun and drop in like 30 seconds of some Cannibal Corpse type death metal just to freak the hell out of the crowd when playing a night set hehe.

DO NOT forget which cd player is actually sending out th emusic and accidentally eject it, resulting in profound silence and confusion!

yeah we human but practice makes perfect.. there are djs who can play whole night without any mistake.. now thats a sign of a pro..
a lot of time I hear djs, especially in techno music, blew their mix, tracks went off-beat and to "save" it they just threw a backspin and guess what, its not that crowd doesnt notice it, actually the crowd goes wild..
when the crowd is hooked up they dont care nor hear such mistakes.. but I do and I can also be part of your crowd sometime.. so watch out with that glitch mixes and double tracks.. practice and enjoy..

That - and not turning the fader down when cuing up a track. meaning everyone is hearing me try and find my cue point..
