Tbh... the ANTI/UNCLE osc complex voice was the best i had

paired witht he triple wavefolder, triple bi-polar vca from WMD
and the borg 1 and 2 filters ... unstopable in my opinion

great thing bout the malekko osc is they have the best of both worlds... great character and unmatchable fm indexing for an analog osc... trust me its hard to find an osc that can do both

but... got to be Gargoyles... new stuff seems a bit ok but not like the origionals.. maybe had to tweek production or something

only combo where i managed to get the wine glass pings( if you follow me) with higher pitches

Get some vactrols in ye boys... make everthing creamy and got a nice natural gummy response
if your not sure what im getting at.. check out some vids of some one plucking the strike input on an optomix

wave form goes in..... bongo comes out

Yeah nah now that my modular is gone & I got an insurance pay out I'm not gonna go back. Think I'm gonna get the DSI Prophet REV 2 8 voice (can be expanded to 16 if needed via a card).

After years of modular there's just something so nice about being able to save a patch & just bring it up next time I power on.

I am quite tempted by the MN 0-Coast. It looks really versatile and sounds like it'd be nice run through my Eventide & Strymon pedals.

Volca beats is a real fun little machine but had a play with the Cyclone TT-606 at a mate's place last night and it's the best drum machine I've heard in a long time other than overpriced vintage gear, and the new versions don't look that bad in reality.

Also tossing up the Roland TB-03 or Cyclone TT-303 V2. TT-303 is much easier to sequence & sounds on par with 03, but doing a blind test at my mates i have to say I can still easily pick out the real vintage 303 with no trouble.           Cuntus Maximus.

Mike.. have you checked out the Avalon Bassline

from what i hear it really sounds the part.. plus you can swap out the filter.. and the sequencer looks really flexible

maybe a little bit more expensive but seeing as its almost like a modded Devilfish 303 .... seems like a bargain

The bloke here in Australia that did the Devilfish is currently working on adapting it to the TT-303 & TB-03.

A TT-303'with his mod will still be a lot cheaper than the Avalon Bassline. I'd even consider two TT-303 with Devilfish over Avalon Bassline.           Cuntus Maximus.

update, x0xb0x did not fit in this pic and added another Lexicon in the rack, MPX500 this time.

Really loving the Elektron Heat, bags of colours.

A6 is the best fixed architecture analog synth I've ever owned.

Rytm and A4 the Mrs owns, we make techno together.

Rytm is the phatest thing ever. Does great leads and FX as well...the Elektron sequencer is the best I've ever played. You can make full tracks using just that, save the kit and pattern and just play them out without a computer.

Yes my brother has the Rytm & A4 and performs live techno every weekend with them. Great machines.

I'm pretty keen in having their new digital drum computer Digitakt in my studio. The price seems pretty good for what it does even if it's not analogue.

Am picking up an Arp Odyssey modules in a couple of hours. Looking forward to it.           Cuntus Maximus.

Well nothing to show as I'm currently organising a graffiti artist to do a mural in the studio so everything is packed away but I am excited to be getting a Dreadbox Nyx for birthday in about a week.

I had an Ants! from Plankton lined up but being as boutique as they are stye couldn't give a shipping date despite already being past the original.

Also managed to score myself a mint condition Future Retro Orb as a fun sequencer, was getting a bit bored of my Doepfer Dark Time which willow have a well earned rest.           Cuntus Maximus.

Looks like loads of fun. My basement which was My studio flooded recently during winter. I’m taking the opportunity to repaint, recarpet & redecorate the area in to a real space for me. Also flipped out a lot of my hardware, back in the box with NI Komplete Ultimate 11 & Kontrol S61 MK2.

The only hardware I’m eyeing off now is the KMI K-Mix, Moog Subsequent 37 & DSI Prophet Rev-2.

I had a ridiculous amount of hardware (especially drum machines) & I'm finding a minimal setup really rewarding. Especially no longer wasting time programming drums & using Ableton instead for that part.

The Kontrol S61 MK2 has to be the best midi keyboard I’ve owned. It works so well & the new dual screens makes it easy to stay away from the computer. I’m fighting the urge to add the Maschine MK3.

Anyway it always seems that every 5-6 years some new gear comes out that improves on what I had slightly and I have to say the Subsequent 37 does have a much nice sound & depth to it than the Sub 37 I’ve just sold.           Cuntus Maximus.
