Can be in practice, knowing that none producers until today prossecuted (processed, go to the law, u got my point) djs for playing their music (that i know).

But in theory, well, i have many albums, and most of them state on the case: ``Unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, PUBLIC PERFORMANCE, and broadcast is prohibited.``

Ever burned a cd?
Its illegal to dance in some places too but people dont listen to that law anymore ...

Do you never j walk?
Have you ever had sex on suday?
Probably illegal too...

My point is that some laws are upheld and some are not.

Like I said b4 if you "only" play Michael jackson or the Beatles or any other huge name with lots of legal help you will probably hear from somebody or be rejected by some clubs but other wise nobody would even know.

If your that scared just dont DJ.

i think you dont get it.....im just saying that what you say it is in practice, in ``theory`` would be wrong for labels and producers..

so i would like to know, what producers and labels think about it, knowing that they put on the cds that is not allowed to play the tracks in public...           ``We shall not cease from exploration - And the end of all our exploring - Will be to arrive where we started - And know the place for the first time.``
